Well, you can join a RP, and that's the best of my knowledge of have to get a horse...

Yep. There is a way to get a horse. Thats is if your willing to pay. >.<
Its called: Kelp o' th' Loch
You may have to check what Generation... But there is horses in it. Even riding one! Explore what it can do carefully, you'll be amazed. heart
