ninjas: they're cleaner; they're literate; just one ninja can pwn an entire crew of pirates... yeah, i'd say ninjas win.

Ninjas definitely pwn pirates, and some poor sad people try to fandangle Samurai in there, but even pirates pwn samurai any day. So Samurai are out of the question. But a ninja pirate would be the ultimate combination though. although if Orlando Bloom played a Ninja as opposed to a Pirate and if I got to see him with his shirt off in that movie too, then Ninjas would win hands down.
