I hate when there are hurricanes that hit Texas and then come further inland and then spiral up 1000 miles till it hits the Ohio Valley. At the same time we get a cold front with rain from the west or Canada sweep through. All we get it rain, more rain, temperature changes up to 25 degree differences in 1 day and then tornadoes!!!
It was 74 degrees yesterday and with the humidity factored in, today will be in the low 90's and feel like 100..... Tomorrow, the temp drops some again as the leading edge of the hurricane actually reaches Ohio.
We just had 2 days of rain from the West, and now we get more - ending a drought is one thing, but all the flooding isn't exactly how we wanted it to end.

at my job, I sit like 50 feet from the windows and about 250 feet from the highways. Last night it was rainging so hard, it was like 18 wheelers riding right past you and when the when kicked up, it was like the splash you get hitting the window.
The storms are affecting us all, we just need to pray for the ones who have suffered the most and lost everything.
