This was the first Cookbook that I have ever read through and made recipes from. It first caught my eye because the way that the book is designed is really cool, it's fat with only a few pages and it's those thick cardboard kind. Also, Joachim makes it very easy to read and understand the recipes. Not to mention, they're actually delicious! Since they were made in the microwave I wasn't expecting much, but they are SO good! There's this stir-fry recipe that's to die for. And it's kid-friendly because it's in the microwave. smile
