Sausage Rolls

This is a recipe that I serve and make a LOT of during family get togethers. And even when I make a lot, they're all gone by the end of the event. They're good for breakfast, snacks, or as an appetizer. So I hope you enjoy them!

Makes about 2 Dozen Sausage Rolls, depending on the size you prefer.

Ingredients:
1 Package of Jimmy Dean Sausage (The raw stuff. I prefer 1/2 regular and 1/2 spicy)
1 Package of Puff Pastry
1/2 Cup Flour
1 Egg, Beaten
Non Stick Pan

Directions:
Pre heat your oven to 400 Degrees. Roll out the puff pastry. Grab some sausage, roll it into the shape you look (long, sausage shape). Roll it in some flour (to get rid of some greasiness). Put it in the puff pastry, roll it up, seal the puff pastry. Top with the beaten egg. They wont puff too much so you can put a lot on the non stick pan. Bake for 16 minutes, or until golden brown.

Eat warm. and Enjoy smile
