Project NAMCO (Never Active Member Clean Out) is something I've been working on for a while.
We love active members, we love our lurkers who occasionally post, but we're not a guild that cares very much about numbers on our member list, sure its great to have over one thousand members, but how many of them are doing anything? How many of them never did?
If your brand new to the guild, and get banned because of this, simply re-apply and state that you were a new member, checking dates when people last logged into gaia is a pain and nothing tells me when anyone joined the guild, so I'm taking the quick and easy route.
We're looking into some fun things to keep more people active, like contests for front page pictures, a member of the XXX feature (week month?) events and the like. If you have any suggestions I would love to hear them.

Wow, thanks to Lolita Kana, we completely finished the list, as of right now there is only one member of the guild with no posts, and that is Tsuwabuki the vice captain, (which is because her user name was glitched out and came up twice so when we deleted and re-invited her it didn't save over all of her post numbers.)

This is what I miss when my internet dies. D'oh. Good to hear everything is cleared out--I have some ideas for a contest going along with your "Member of the XX" suggestion and the previous Calendar we had running. I'm also going to get back on the ball with that Captions game I started probably tomorrow or tonight.

I was planning on making the namco post and then waiting like a week, but when i did that in the past only two or three lurkers posted anyway, so i just ran with it.

I'll brain storm some ideas too for contests and such. I have to admit we are an incredibly efficient team of mods if I may say so myself.

I voted when I saw this yesterday. As someone who was a new member, namco'd, and then invited back, I was glad to see a thread about this!
Thanks for letting those of us who were namco'd let back in!!
