Some people can sink pretty low. I figured I should post this here, in case anyone missed it, since I know BME is near and dear to a lot of hearts. I wish I could laugh it off and talk about how easily BME will win, but with all the ridiculous (and sadly, successful) lawsuits lately, this really scares me.

Yeah I was reading about that a while ago. I'm sure BME can handle itself though. :nod: It's pretty damn well established. They'll figure it out.

mammary gland Yeah I was reading about that a while ago. I'm sure BME can handle itself though. :nod: It's pretty damn well established. They'll figure it out. *psst* why is this under "tattoos"? Pretty sure they will, but every second they need a lawyer it costs a buttload of money. GodsGirls never even went to court with SG, but we still have to pay a HUGE sum to a lawyer... T___T And good question, I'm going to move this to the front.

people that do s**t like this are just so PATHETIC. It makes me sick.
My uncle had a case somewhat similar to this (in the sense that he was sued by a money laundering a*****e). He works as a computer programmer, and on the side he teachers some computer tech classes at the nearby college. He's the mellowest, nicest guy you'll ever meet. He's 30 something, married and has 2 kids. Wouldn't hurt a fly. Has no beef with anyone.
Well a year or two age, he gets sued by some dude he works with at the comp place. The guy sued my uncle for "harassment" and "creating a hostile work environment"...my uncle hardly knew/talked to the guy, and he never did anything, he's just not like that. Anyway, the guy was claiming that my uncle harassed him for being a homosexual guy and that my uncle was "unfair" and that the guy felt "threatened" at the workplace...TOTAL BULLSHIT!
My uncle, being the smart guy he is, looked into the guy's history...turns out he was really gay, but he'd been going from workplace to workplace, using that as his ploy. He'd been suing someone there and using the same story he used against my uncle to get settlement money. The guy had done this at over 10 place! He didn't even really work anymore!
Needless to say, my uncle brought this before the court and won.
I just hate that some people are so LOW
