Me and my Girlfriend had sex about 45 minutes ago and when we finished the condom was no longer on. We were alot rougher than usual and now there is a condom inside of her....any advice?

One of you can put your finger(s) in her v****a and feel around for it. If you feel it, try to pull it out. If you don't feel it, shake out your blankets. Sometimes people think the condom is inside them when it actually fell out and into the bedding during sex. If you can't find it there either, she can make an ob-gyn appointment. If it is inside of her, the ob-gyn would be able to get it out.
If pregnancy is a concern, she can also get Plan B from the ob-gyn.
If STDs are a concern, you two can get tested, but HIV won't show up on a test for another three months.

I checked and its not in the blankets, and neither of us have any STD's she has been tested and besides her my last gf was a virgin. we did try to feel for it and we couldn't feel it.

Then she should schedule an ob-gyn appointment for as soon as possible. If it comes out before her appointment, she can cancel (unless she needs Plan B). But if it doesn't come out, she'll need the ob-gyn to get it so that she doesn't get an infection from it.
