You know, I think I might just have tried something that is pretty similar but they called it differently. I can't recall exactly what the name was but it's a kind of treat that you can find in stores around here for Christmas mostly.

This magical confection is a very particular kind of chocolate. In my world, it doesn't always have the same reaction. It depends on who is actually eating it. For example, if a human hero eats it, he/she will regain half of his/her strength. However, if a monster (that isn't a goblin) eats it, it could either heal it (for about 1 or 2 HP) or kill it. This effect also depends on the kind of monster and how strong it is.
How do you like this magical food of mine? It still has lots of other effects depending on who eats it, he-he.
