he beats out the knights of the round for cool royal battle clothes
suzaku's is good though

jerimiah's geass order outfit after he's been completed, c.c.'s outfits in general, LeLouch's questionable sexuality outfit from r2 (the one he wore early on when he went shopping with shirely...complete with man-purse and walk), guilford's entire appearance, ohgi's deputy commander, and of course Lelouch's zero outfit when he's without the cape and helmet
