Okay, SPOILERS ahead. So I'm doing Sanguine's quest and I get Stark Reality. I go through the quest and complete it. But not before I test out the spell on a few characters I'm not supposed to test it out on. As a matter of fact, I cast the spell on the countess and everyone outside the party. I am NOT affected by it unless I use it at the party. They all go berserk and start fighting. It was really chaotic and some of them fought me but I don't know if they fought each other much. I DO know that four guards were all killing each other.

So I reloaded my save and I've decided NOT to complete the quest and keep this spell until I can use it to my full amusement.

SO MY QUESTION IS...
Exactly what is the effect of Stark Reality. I understand that it reads:
Effect 1: Stark Reality in 300 feet for 120 sec
Effect 2: Drain Health 1 pt in 50 ft

According to this information and testing, Stark Reality is a status condition. I would like to know exactly what that condition is. I know that sometimes it removes clothes and/or armor, but does it also make targets attack each other? I would most definitely like to know if I can use this to make people kill each other.

Well, I know that's what I'm supposed to do. I'm asking about the effects of the spell if I just never complete the quest.

And you know what? I've extensively tested it and discovered that all Stark Reality does outside of the quest is tick off everyone in 300 feet.
