Quicksilvers

Once every month, one character that has shown outstanding roleplaying and excellent conduct will be awarded the title of Quicksilver. All that needs to happen is a sufficient IC event that involves a hell of a lot of silver... but take note, this won't be an NPC event, it has to happen in actual RP at the hands of either fate, or an enemy player.

And as always, we need a population for Los Angeles! Looking for as many Vampires and Humans to throw in to the mix as possible, because this supernatural Cold War isn't all that's going on. Get crackin'!
