They still show rugrat episodes from time to time. And yes, all grown up! was a fail beyond epic.

I don't know, I didn't mind All Grown Up... though, Rugrats will always be a great cartoon, even if it doesn't air. I did wonder what happened to it. You know which series should die on Nick? Sponge Bob Square Pants. I swear, every hour that show is on Nick. >.<
