The basic idea of Khaos is that it is an airship that all sorts of mishaps occur on. Everybody has their own stories, naturally, but what is going on at this exact moment is:
-Sylvian has made a vat of something that accidentally turned Captain Daniel into Danielle (note: Sylvian and Myles are the same person, a Jekyll and Hyde kind of thing)
-Myles and Penelope are investigating the secret lab that Capt Dan fell into at the moment
-Capt Danny has gone from his/her cabin, and a conversation with Silas, to the bridge
-Nishi is looking for Mochi (his puppy) and has just met the captain in female form
-Sister Maryanne and Brother Phineas are about to set off to catch and join the Khaos, as the Sister seems to have fallen for Dan (boy, is she in for a surprise...)
Everyone else is pretty quiet right now, they may return or they may not, it's been a long time since everyone was on. I think I covered everything, if not I apologize.

some way back we had someone do that [drop in on a failing sky sled]
i forget who exactly as we gain and lose members as the story goes or the players lose intrest.
As the Khaos is an airship upon which the curse of interesting times has been placed, not much would be out of the ordinary. ordinary being a VERY loose term.
Even if you are only around for a short time you are welcome ^_^

You know, Daniel isn't as helpless against Sylvian as he thinks. The major thing giving her an advantage are the clanks.
The clanks are an advantage because they know all about the ship.
They know all about the ship because they periodically return to the hub in the hold for rewinding and data synchronization. The hub is connected to the ship.
Daniel interfaces directly with the ship. He could potentially have the ship fully access the hub, taking it over, and taking the clanks over too. And then he could eliminate the lab totally. Since the clanks were used to build it, they have the data to dismantle it.

Nice work with the stealing soup bit there Jendell, I can just see the comic strip of that.
panel one shows penelope chopping veggies with her back to the stove, teakettle is on the back counter.
panel two has jen popping upside down from the stove vent head first.
panel three she swipes the pot. and penelope turns and misses the fact that the pots missing
panel four jen puts the pot back down and the kettle spots her.
panel five jen with a worried look tries to shush the kettle
panel six kettle shrieks and jen freaks out
Panel seven jen whips back up the vent and penelope spins around

Panel 8, Penelope tells the teakettle to shush and returns to the chopping, assuming nothing was there.
Panel 9, Jen wipes the sweat from her brow and enjoys some soup.
