-: I changed the direction she was facing to make it seem like she's running. I also placed the straps under the jacket since it was easier for me. I hope you don't mind.

When drawing the clothes, or anything on the body, I suggest making them with a curving line. This will make the drawing more 3-D.

I tried not to mess with your style too much, but one of the major problems I noticed was the torso seemed really long. It's not just the anatomy-- her outfit makes it pretty difficult to judge the correct proportions. Some minor tweaking with the head/hair; again, her hairstyle makes it difficult to judge, so I drew some guidelines for where her head (w/o hair) would be. Also keep in mind that when people run/jog, their knees are usually bent a little bit less.
