The clothing is magically enchanted to make it harder to destroy, mainly against things like fire and other elemental forces that are more chemical, magically, or spiritually based than just direct force. For example, if it was placed in a fire, the threads would burn slower. This is mainly so Vintrict will not lose his clothing so quickly in a fierce fight, which he is bound to get into on his business trips. But it can still tear from solid physical force, such as a blade, or by pulling on it. It'll just be "slightly" harder to tear it. Cutting through it is no problem. Psychokinesis is done as long as he gives it focus. He can move around things that weigh 1 to 10 lbs with ease, such as lifting and moving it around, on the ground or in the air. Speed can be as fast as 10 mph. 11 - 25 lbs, things get harder, the object more resistant to moving, resulting in lesser speed. 25 - 40, unless he is given it all of his focus, which means not moving from his spot and concentrating singularly on the object, he'll be moving objects at most 1 mph. 5 mph is most at best concentration. He can do the same to things over 40 lbs, but then he enters into danger zone in limitations that his brain can take. Overstress will lead to brain shutdown, aka unconsciousness.

To make it easier, I will supply two charts that show how much wind he can build up as time (posts) progresses, using either his mind or his hands. Using his mind is obviously weaker than using the movement of his hands.

When using his hands or his staff for building wind, this builds progressively even when he is attacking with his body, as long as he is using those parts of his body. HOWEVER, for the sake of balance, whenever he is attacking or defending in melee combat with another (which means being in physical contact through exchange of blows), going up to the next tier of wind power takes an extra post. So, if he wanted to go from 1-7 mph to 7-12 mph, it'll take 2 posts instead of 1.

The charts are listed in that each tier of wind power meets the next tier in the number of posts since the wind generation started. So, 13 - 15 mph: 2 posts means that on the third post, that listed tier will be reached. The first tier is instant. On the next post, Vintrict can (by choice) move up to 7 - 12. And then on the post after that, if he chose to raise to 7-12, he can move to 13 - 15.

If he is using one hand, and adds his other hand into use, the tier level, or the current "speed" of the wind will transfer over to the "Two hands" chart. If he drops a hand from usage in the two hands chart, and the speed is too much for what his hand can handle (such as being over 40 mph), he loses all control of the built up wind and must start again. Otherwise, he can continue to use the wind, at the exchange of dropping down a tier in wind power.


Using the Mind Only

  • 1 - 7 mph: Instant (Leaves rustle, can feel wind on your face, wind vanes begin to move. Small wavelets develop, crests are glassy.)
  • 7 - 12 mph: 1 Post (Leaves and small twigs move, light weight flags extend. Large wavelets, crests start to break, some whitecaps.)
  • 13 - 15 mph: 2 Posts (Small branches move, raises dust, leaves and paper. Small waves develop, becoming longer, whitecaps.)


Using One Hand

  • 1 - 7 mph: Instant
  • 7 - 12 mph: 1 Post
  • 13 - 18 mph: 2 Posts
  • 19 - 24 mph: 3 Posts (Small trees sway. White crested wavelets (whitecaps) form, some spray)
  • 25 - 31 mph: 4 Posts (Large tree branches move, telephone wires begin to "whistle", umbrellas are difficult to keep under control. Larger waves form, whitecaps prevalent, spray.)

With Two Hands (or Djinn Staff being used by two hands)

  • 1 - 12 mph: Instant

Well, firstly, he is 50 years old, so he has had enough time in his life to do a variety of things. But he is no master at them, or at least considered the elite of what he does. He uses Ba Gua and wind power together to form a martial art that utilizes the flow and power of wind into the circling logic of the Ba Gua arts. Since they complement one another, it's easier to form them as "one art" than just saying he is distributing his skill points throughout both of these areas. Not to mention, no one ever masters an art. They can reach a limit of their training, but they will always have more to learn from personal experiences.

The speed of generating power is covered in the above quotes.

There isn't much he needs to do. When he is attacking with his body, he is guiding the wind around him to help him with his attacks, be them physical or wind-based, so the only two things he has to focus on are keeping concentrated with the wind's flow and performing his offenses/defenses. He seldomly uses his psychokinesis rawly, so he has no need to focus on that. His wind assists him, anyway, in moving things with its power, which returns to usage of just body movements.

In energy terms, his power lasts as long as his body does. Stamina and spiritually energy counts toward this. He has enough built up endurance to use his wind/melee combat together for as long as two hours, assuming he it in moderation. Keeping winds at high power, such as 50+ mph, will tire him out after ten minutes of usage, requiring at least an hour of rest to be able to use it at those levels again. Otherwise, his limit will be only 19-24 mph. Of course, if he is ever using his power over a long period of time in a single day, he's going to tire like any normal fighter.

Quick Sprint: How does the body handle the equalization of a vacuum against it and everything?


The sprint only lasts for about 1 to 3 seconds, depending on how much speed he chooses to move from one space to another through use of wind rushing back to fill the drop of pressure, so he won't receive any immediate effects. His body is more superior than a human's in terms of bodily functions, so it can last in a vacuum without the usual effects of blood boiling and all that good stuff. This is due to it being more spiritually based than physically based, thus has a better resistance to rising and falling of pressures. After all, the Cyanites are a race that are natural with the wind. Nearly elemental.

Physical Description: Vintrict is 6’, weighing 155 lbs. The color of his skin is brown, whereas the color of his eyes are a pale cyan. His hair nearly matches the hue of his eyes, though it’s whiter with a faded light blue within its color. Unclothed, his body’s visible features are toned-muscle, developed from daily exercise of running and working out at the gym. His hair is quite long, having some bangs flow in front of his forehead, the back of his hair falling down against the start of the shoulders.

His choice of clothing consists of casual suits, mainly due to his profession of being the president of a global wide company, therefore he always has to dress professionally. The theme he seems go by is wearing indigo-purplish colors, accompanied with black pants, red ties, and purple-tinted shades over his face, giving him a stylish appearance.

Cyanite Race


The Cyanites were an elven-like race that was once vast in the windy valleys of the world, though they held no relevance to elves other than appearances and similar customs. They had sharper ears, and tended to have slim builds, much like an elf. Their eyes were slimmer and the physique of their body allowed for more acrobatic capabilities. Though they had weaker bodies, they were resistance to most illnesses and poisons. Getting the brain or the heart damaged does not kill a Cyanite, for the organs and body is capable of regenerating lost parts in the time period of 24 hours. Under the light of the moon, regeneration happens much more quicker, giving them similarities to a vampire. To kill a Cyanite, they must be stabbed in the heart by a golden, silver, and bronze object, the properties of these elements combined capable of breaking down the make up of a Cyanite upon intrusion into the heart. The Cyanites had sharp fangs very much like a vampire, though they did not use them for drinking blood, but instead for healing methods. They are capable of transforming a person into one of their kind, however, which involves a ritual of infusing their soul energy into that person under the light of the full moon. Yet, tied with their custom of being nocturnal, many mistook them for vampires. This was one of the factors that would lead to their extinction. In the presence of a full moon, a Cyanite's physical and magical abilities double in power.

In addition to Aerokinesis, Cyanites have other minor abilities. One is that they can transfer their energy over to another by biting their vampire-like fangs into the target's body. With this energy, they are capable of keeping other alive or giving someone an extra boost in exchange of making the Cyanite more fatigued. Another ability is they can see just as well at night as they can in the day. They can switch their vision to where they can see magical, spiritual, and metaphysical presences in bright colors, causing a faintly glowing lens to cover over their irises. As a result, while these lens are on, the person is considered blind to the world of light. Cyanites have greater senses than humans, another trait of theirs.

Equipment




  • High Tech Shades - Those tinted shades Vintrict usully wears all the time is actually a high tech computer in the convenient size of eye wear. Using voice-activation and the small buttons on the side of the shades, he can bring up windows and other information like he was really using a computer. In addition, the eye wear gives him heat vision, night vision, and ghost-vision capabilities. The ghost vision basically picks up on the ethereal presences of magic and incorpereal beings by revealing them as glowing white figures. The shades are pretty heavy, about 1 lb, and hold durability, too. If these every get broken, however, he has a spare somewhere on his person, you can count on that.

  • Casual Suits - The suits Vintrict usually wears to business meetings and pretty much whenever he is out in public are made of special material that makes it more resilient to the elements of nature, such as fire, and harder to damage, which means over-time wear and tear. Unfortunately, the clothing can still tear to a good slash from something sharp, such as a knife or sword. It's not armor.

  • Tournament Apparel - An indigo-colored stylish Chinese long gown with designs of a dragon in silver along the silk brocade material is Vintrict's battle wear, unless otherwise stated before the match. It has a slit after the waist area to provide freedom of movement for the legs. As for leg wear, he wears black martial art pants made of cotton that are basically loose, cut just at the shin area. Around the shin area, he wears black long socks. Footwear are comfortable fitting Tai Chi slippers. To avoid easy exposure of the body in front of the public eye in case of devastating attacks, such as large pillars of fire, the clothing was enchanted to increase its physical resistance to damage. In addition, the clothing will mend itself over time from any damage, eventually become good as new. The clothing does not protect Vintrict fully from attacks, but the magical enchantment gives him a small boost of resistance against magic-based and spirit-based attacks.

  • Briefcase - The briefcase he carries around is made of tungsten underneath the leather coating, protecting the usual high profile stuff he has in there from time to time. Opening it requires the input of a 4-number combination using a scrolling silver-plated number mechanism. This briefcase is 3 feet long wide, holding Vintrict's Jian Sword, and any other item that he can fit in there when he needs to.

  • Jian Sword "Xìn Niàn"- A Chinese straight sword with a 2' 3" long blade.

  • Deer Horn Knives - Deer Horn Knives, also known as crescent moon knives, are specialized Chinese bladed weapons consisting of two steel crescents crossing. They are used in Chinese martial arts. This crossing produces four curved, clawlike points, one of which is extended as the "main" blade. The practitioner grips the wrapped middle of the lengthened crescent with the other acting as a hand guard. They are mainly used in trapping an opponent's weapon in aid of tying up or breaking the opponent's weapon, disarming the opponent and other close combat applications. The Deer Horn Knives are normally used against longer weapons such as spear, sword, broadsword, or any weapon which uses safe distances to attack from. One advantage of the Deer Horn Knives in comparison to a longer weapon is that seeming the deer horn knives are direct appendages of the hand they can be moved with great speed and precision, and along with their ease of concealment, can easily be used to catch their opponent off guard.

  • Djinn Staff - A relic obtained from a Djinn spirit during Vintrict's training in the Verru Mountains, a mountain range in a far off region that is known for its inhabitants of mystical spirits. For Vintrict, he had went up here with a normal bo staff in order to train in both his element of air and his martial art skills. During his training, he had impressed a local spirit, who then replaced Vintrict's normal wooden staff with one made of a white stone-like material with these curving teal-colored designs along the 5 ft weapon. This weapon seems to be unbreakable, along with enhancing his skills with using the air element. When used in conjunction with air techniques, the effect of the techniques are increased by 25% in effect.


Skills


  • Guns - Vintrict holds proficiency with guns that makes him a master at using them. He knows all the common gunslinger tricks, along with making up his own. He can use pistols, rifles, machine guns, anything pertaining to the gun category, but he favors mostly pistols and revolvers due to their small sizes. He even holds the knowledge of breaking apart a gun, as long as its structure isn't different from the normal gun.

  • Weapon Training (Sword, Knife, and Bo Staff) - Vintrict has been trained in using swords, knives, and the bo staff. He favors the straight sword, or the jian, when using swords, however, so shows more skill with it than any other sword.

  • Martial Arts (Judo, Karate, Wing Chu, Tai Chi, and Ba Gua) - Vintrict's basics come from learning karate and Judo first. Eventually, he took up Tai Chi, using it to not only help in him mediating, but also using it to better adapt himself to fighting situations with the concept of "taking it slow", metaphorically and mentally. Wing Chu was the syle he eventually practiced to hone low level kicks, hand, and finger strikes. It followed the same principle as Tai Chi in that the force shouldn't be halted, but instead go with the flow; but it gives more aggression than the meditative form of Tai Chi. In the end, this all adapted into the art that fit the style of his element, Ba Gua, an art that focused on using circular movements to confuse the opponent and deliver counter attacks that make use of built up inertia.

  • Alertness - Vintrict's awareness of the surrounding environment comes from both experience and his race. Used to study one's environment, notice hidden objects or unusual activity, and so on. Allows him to react quicker to the unexpected, within superficial reason.

  • Swim - Vintrict is a great swimmer. In addition, he is capable of holding his breath for up to two hours, only possible due to his race.

  • Leader - Being the president of VSA, a global wide law enforcement group, he has developed diplomatic skills that are capable of persuading others to follow his views, thus giving him the proper attributes as a leader. Having charisma in the way he presents himself professionally, he can double as a negotiator easily.

  • Knowledge of Vehicles - Vintrict's understanding and piloting of most vehicles are top notch.

  • Knowledge of Arcana - Vintrict has understanding of the arcana of Gaia.

  • Knowledge of Religion - Being a religious man himself, Vintrict prides himself in being a living knowledge of virtue.

  • Knowledge of Geography - Vintrict has the knowledge of many terrains.

  • Knowledge of Sociology - Vintrict has much knowledge of society, from races to general tendencies.

  • Knowledge of Anatomy - With his knowledge of anatomies of many common races, he is capable of giving an understanding of how they are structured.

  • Healing - First aid is a skill Vintrict has developed to allow him to perform intermediate doctor services, including self nursing. He isn't a Doctor, but he has the neccessary knowledge to at least keep a person from dying in case of major injuries.

  • Survival - Vintrict knows how to survive out in the wild in case he is ever stranded, knowing how to make use of his available resources to keep alive.

  • Piano - The piano is Vintrict's main instrument to use. He picked up the saxaphone for quite some time but the piano has been his favorite.

  • Computer Programming - He holds the intellect of using computers and making programs for them.

  • Languages - Vintrict can speak several common languages, including a the exotic ones, which are Vampire, Elven, and Cyanite.



Abilities


  • Psychokinesis - Vintrict was born with the blood of the Viase. On his mother side, the family was known for its natural psychic power that was carried through their genes. As a result, it allowed them to compete on a leveled playing field with the monsters they hunted (vampires, wolves, etc.), making them into one of the most popular vampire hunters in their time. He didn't place much focus into the art as his mother and sister did, but he at least took it upon himself to learn how to control his bullets in a fight, such as causing them to shoot at curved trajectories and even controlling their rebounds to try to take a chance at hitting a target who was not hit by the intended bullet. He is capable of moving things with his mind, but only up to a limit of 40 lbs. Any more than that, and he'll strain his mind, which would eat away at his energy at an alarming rate. Worst case scenario, he could end up as a skinny man, his body expending all of its resources to keep up a desired effect. But Vintrict is responsible enough to ever have to do that with his raw mind.

  • Aerokinesis - Because the race, the Cyanites, are aligned to the element of air, Vintrict adapted to the power of the wind with little difficulty. When he was turned into a Cyanite, he first had trouble in keeping control of the air surrounding him, often causing greater than normal shifts in the air around him everytime he moved or breathed. Through years of training with the element through spiritual and physical adaption, he was finally able to hold a constant control over the air around him, allowing to do such tricks as calm the air to a dead stop within three feet of him or cause it to go into a rapid gust, all capable of being done by will. This passive ability allows him to often deflect objects and redirect the direction of attacks against him, but he must be focusing his mind on the air around him in order to increase its effect. So, the more he is moving around and concentrating on other things, the less control he has over the air within the range of his body. If he wishes to affect the air on a greater scale, however, he must place greater focus on performing a specific use with the air. In consequence, this ability also has granted him the detail of controlling the air pressure to achieve these abilities.

    He can create any desired effect with just a thought of his mind, but he gathers wind much more quickly with use of a free hand, along with increasing the power output. If he uses two hands, the speed is doubled, giving him full control over the element to his full potential.

    Enhanced Telekinesis - With the assistance of wind, Vintrict can move more heavier objects, in addition to an easier time to causing movement with the air. By extending a hand in the general direction of the air that he wants to affect, he can shift the movement of a specific or a group of objects, such as making them fly or even throwing them. However, at his current experience, he can only place full control up to 200 lbs at once, assuming he has built up enough wind to support it. Anything higher would just be harder to move, resulting in a smaller effect. Without his hands, he can affect up to as 50 lbs with his mind alone. An object weighing 500 lbs is unmovable.

    Offensive Wind - With use of one of his hands for focus, he can create currents of wind up to one hundred yards in order to knock away stuff. The more he moves the wind, which is caused by graceful movements of his hand, the stronger they become, gaining speed. With enough time, he is capable of generating up to 40 mph winds. If he has his other hand join in moving the wind, the speed at which he can control the wind, along with the scale of the power, is doubled, meaning he can generate up to 80 mph winds at max. With only his mind, he can only raise the speed up to 15 mph.

    He can create sharp blades out of wind by having all fingers but the index and middle finger, bend against the palm, while keeping the two straight and together. When the fingers are like this instead of all of them being away from the palm, the wind takes on a more narrow shape, making them much more denser. To create a blade of wind as sharp as a sword, he must build up wind speed as normal through the movement of his hand. However, making these types of wind requires more quick and aggressive movements of the arms. And as before, using two hands makes control and power greater. He can create this effect with use of his mind, but the sharpness would not be as good as a sword. More like a butter knife moving at 10 mph.

    Defensive Wind - Because of the properties of the wind, the element is more useful defensively than offensively. Creating a defensive wall of wind is no different than creating an offensive wind, except the wind is kept closer to Vintrict, thus increasing the density of the air itself through increased speeds. Using circular motions, projectiles and magic attacks can be redirected away from him to avoid harm. Using wind defensively starts out weak, but gains power the more Vintrict gains momentum with the movement of his hand, hands, or mind. Using two hands would inevitably speed up the process, along with its power. At its best, the defensive wind can deflect bullets and stop the explosion of a rocket from harming him.

    Vintrict can control the temperature around his body by forming a control of wind in close proximity. By causing a circular motion of wind to exist around his body, Vintrict can keep heat circulating, thus keeping him from ever getting cold. If he wishes to remain cool during the hot heats, he can create a moving wind close to his body to create a constant fan. He is capable of generating these effects for other people, too, but the rule of control is, the more people who he concentrates on for this effect, the less of an effect it has due to distributing control across the people equally. He is capable of controlling who gets his most concentration, however. Of course, such feats can only be performed with both hands.

    Clap of Thunder - An advanced technique that makes use of the logic that a thunderstorm follows in order to create lightning. In order to use this ability, Vintrict must have both hands free, and is unable to use it with his Djinn Staff. His right hand takes control of a pocket of air that is given a positive charge, while his left hand takes control of a pocket of air that is given a negative charge, or it can be made vice versa. While one hand is pulled back to represent the pocket of air being kept near him, the right hand moves in the direction of where the other ionic charged pocket of air is going to be placed. These pockets of air are distinguishable in that they always gusting in a dimeter of three feet. With the pocket of air in place, Vintrict claps his hands together, causing a lightning bolt to travel from the pocket of air close to him to the other pocket of air. Whatever is between the two when this happens will be caught in the attack. After the lightning bolt, the pockets of air disperse.

    Flight - With his control over the wind, Vintrict can go into flight with just the thought of his mind, capable of flying up to 60 mph once he gains enough speed, which takes about five seconds of flight time.

    Quick Sprint - By moving the air away in a line in a given direction, up to one hundred yards, using a hand to designate the general direction, a vacuum is created to where Vintrict is shot in the same direction with the effect of the air trying to deplace itself back into the removed space of air, moving Vintrict quickly at speeds up to 70 mph. He must keep persistent throughout the trip. If he tries to move off course within this line, his body is quickly brought out of control off to the side, resulting in possible dislocations of an arm or leg.

Tactical: If anything, Rou doesn't go in with much of a strategy at all. However, if she is paired up with someone she respects who has a strategy, she will listen. Rou uses instinct over thinking out strategies, as they often take too long for her to compile.

Social: Rou often comes off as crude and cocky, and often rebels against authority. She feels that few deserve her respect due to their lack of will and being a follower of the popular choice. She often just fights for herself, but when given a cause to truly fight for, she becomes obedient for it, and will follow someone who gives her direction. She does what she needs to so she can get what she wants, and does resort to using her voluptous body as appeal.

Emotional: Rou does things for herself unless she finds a reason to displace her needs, wants, or personal safety. She recognizes that she's often selfish, but doesn't pay it much mind. However, her rare conscience does get the better of her, as she often knows she's going to be regretting her choices later on.

Overall Wellbeing: Rou is generally healthy, and keeps herself in good fighting condition. She travels a lot, not finding it quite fit to stay at home. She finds some tranquility in blacksmithing or crafting gems, which was the trade her family made.

Style: Firewhipping

Now with a weapon that is always on her person, Rou had developed this style herself. Rather than using a rod or sword to channel her energy, the loose chains provided a more versatile weapon, able to crack it like a bullwhip. By self-practice, she'd trained herself with many general whipping techniques, making them her own trade.

Her weapon is composed of two parts: The chain, and the flames. The chain is only about a foot and a half long, which separates her weapon from herself, so she doesn't recieve burns while using the weapon. By sending her energy through the chain, she starts the length, and can send it out as far as six feet. The flames are a physical entity when supplied with her energy, which is why her whip inflicts welts and can move at the speed of a leather whip. Six feet of chain would be too easy to pull on to restrain her, in addition to being incredibly heavy, which would slow her weapon down. The build of her weapon is versatile, which is ideal for her. To create her whip, she ignites it by sparking her energy down the path of the chain. To turn it off, she simply needs to stop feeding it energy. In addition, if she runs out of energy/chi, she can no longer supply the whip. This is useful when she is pulled by the whip, by being able to escape by putting out the flames.

Rou was born into a family of Blacksmiths and Jewelers in the city of Durem. As she grew up, she traveled in the stead of her older brother, Wei, as she gained knowledge, skill, and experience in both the arts of blacksmithing and fire manipulation.

She had a happy childhood, and a loving family. Her father was a blacksmith, and her mother was a jeweler, making the family fortune by perfecting mined gems, and fashioning gold and other precious metals into jewelry, weapons, and armor for wealthy consumers. They were skilled in the metal and gem trade, as well as the arts of protecting that trade. As she trained with her brother day after day, it hadn't taken long for the scouts to find Wei. He was enlisted into a private guard force, employed to protect a very important politician, and their family was overjoyed at the honor and recognition this would bring them.

Before leaving, Rou had presented her brother with a gift. A sword crafted from rubies, a strong, valueable red blade. It was her finest work, now off with her brother as he carried out his.

Unfortunately, that was the last time they ever saw Wei. The entire family was heartbroken when news of her brother's death came back around, having taken a stab to the chest to protect the politician he was employed to protect. And news of the sword Rou had given Wei said that it was stolen by the man who'd claimed his life.

Rou's father was devastated, and soon became ill. He soon lost his will to recover from sickness, leaving Rou to study the arts of Fire Manipulation and take her brother's place, as her mother took over the jeweling trade until she'd died of sickness as well.

Rou trained long and hard, before setting out on her own. There was nothing left for her in her home other than an empty blacksmith shop. After fashioning her own custom, lightweight armor, she'd set out, in search of the man who'd taken her brother from her.

It took three years to track him down, before finally reaching who she was after. And by that time, the man had become a politician, with others protecting him and sacrificing themselves, just as Rou's brother had done before. Her thoughts gave way to instinctful rage, and only halted as she pointed a knife at the throat of her brother's killer, pausing only to see the fear for his life in his eyes. He was safe, still clutching the sword that Rou had made for Wei.

And that moment was a moment too many. Captured without being able to deliver the final strike, she was locked away in a high-security prison, meant to be locked there forever for treason.

Rou had repeatedly started fights among the inmates, and was known for attacking the guards. And no matter how many times she was beaten down, she'd just try again when she'd regained her strength.

After about a month of such behavior, the warden ordered to have her anchored to the floor by shackles. With barely enough slack to take her a step forward, she was detained in her cell for eleven more months... before she bust out.

She'd pulled on the chains day and night, and had finally uprooted the bolts enough to set her free. While the shackles remained on her wrists, she fought her way through, and managed to escape the prison.

After a year of imprisonment, torture, and excruciating agony, she'd forgotten the face of her brother's killer. All that she'd had left to find him was a red sword, the Ruby Blade.

Unable to release herself from the cuffs and chains around her wrists, she learned to use them, adapting her firebending techniques to use a weapon that was always available to her.

Rou makes it a priority to fight for herself, as she is the only one she has left. Nothing would bring her family back. Nothing would return her life to the way it was. All she could do was tread forward, and protect herself. She needed more experience, and one day, she'd take the life of the man who stole her brother from her, and retrieve the sword so she could finally put her brother to rest.

The Mizu Bomb-

The Mizu Bomb is a circular, condensed energy manifestation. The original Mizu Bomb, know as the Standard Sphere, is the size of a softball. It originates from any part of Save's hand and possesses impressive explosive power. In the past, the Bomb has been shown to be able to blow off whole limbs (Vs. Kichiro Oda, HoH 08 ) and deal severe concussive damage at close detonation. An important restriction to note is that in a battle Save can only manifest 10 bombs total.


Public Ability Information
Standard Sphere (Traditionally: Seigyoku Family: Small Miner) : This blue, softball sized sphere is formed from condensed chi energy. Its power lies in its explosive nature, which is akin to that of a physical, military grenade. The Standard Sphere operates as such-

-The Standard Sphere manifests from the hand.
-The Standard Sphere can be placed on a surface by touching the Sphere to said surface. The Sphere will immediately bond to the presented surface. Once the bond is complete the Sphere leaves the user's hand.
-A time limit can be set on the Sphere, forcing it to explode on a turn determined at the moment the Sphere bonds to the surface of its victim, wall...etc. If a time limit is NOT set, the Sphere will explode on the user's next round

The Standard Sphere only lasts for up to five of the users turns. Afterwards, it begins the explosion process, but instead disapates harmlessly.

Variations on the Mizu Bomb-

Through experimentation with the energy, Save has devised variant Spheres, lowering the power level to impart more mobility and control.

Variant Sphere One (Traditionally: Seigyoku Family: Twin Miner's Leap) : The Variant Sphere One is reduced from the size of the Standard Sphere, putting it around the size of a golf ball. This explosive variant functions differently from the Standard Sphere as follows-

-Variant Sphere One may manifest as one or two golf ball sized spheres.
-Variant Sphere One is capable of launching at the opponent, controlled mentally by its creator. When launched in such a manner, the Variant Sphere One explodes on impact with the first surface it touches.



Due to these enhcancements, the Variant Sphere One can deal only half the damage of a Standard Sphere.

Variant Sphere Two (Traditionally: Seigyoku Family: Four Miner's Charge): The Variant Sphere Two appears to be four spheres each the size of a golf ball. The Variant Sphere Two operates as follows-

-Variant Sphere Two is capable of launching at the opponent, controlled mentally by its creator.
-Variant Sphere Two, on explosion, releases waves which replace concussive force with pushing force. The target responds, barring unforseen defenses against the effect, as follows-

Subjects less then 300lbs are thrown in the direction of the user's choosing ten feet.

-While the Variant Sphere Two can lead to damage from being thrown into an obstacle it, by only power of its effect, does not harm the target with its own released force.

Techniques:
Soft Strike-
A precise strike to the right underarm that targets a powerful nerve cluster. A quick hit to this area has the power to overload the nervous system of a humanoid creature, collapsing their body for half a turn.

Equipment:

Save's Glasses-
Save's glasses have three abilities.

First is the ability to turn his head gently in the direction of an enemy by speaking the words- "Show me my enemy". This ability doesn't necessarily counter illusions or invisibility, but it does allow Save to get a vague idea of whether or not an illusion is being used, and around where the actual caster is.

Second is the ability to quickly scan the opponent's body, mind, and spirit. This ability then shows Save a small chart on his glasses that looks something like this-

Physical Prowess (How physically strong/well trained in martial arts, one is):
Mental Sharpness (How tactically genius/ intuitive, one is):
Spiritual ability (How much magical reserves/ how many abilities one has and how proficient one is in using them):

The opponent then will OOC fill out the three parts by judging their character in those three areas with a 1-10 scale, with 1 being the lowest, and 10 the highest. This analyzation will be the first thing posted in their next post, and it effects the opponent in no way, nor is the opponent even IC aware he/she was just scanned.

Third is the mid level area of protection around the glasses. The magic that imbued it with power keeps it safe from being shattered. The glasses can take five punches worth of damage before the protection fades and they become as vulnerable as normal glasses. These glasses do not protect Save's face, and if he is punched in the face, only his glasses resist damage.

Save's Iron knuckles-

Save keeps a pair of thick iron knuckles in his vest pockets during fights. These implements carry a similar enchantment to the glasses, magically enhancing their durability to be able to withstand being slammed by most anything without damage. The Iron Knuckles, however, have a extremely high level of enchantment, and cannot be broken except through an extensive ritual not possible in the short rounds of HoH.

Weapons


Muramasa (村正) - A powerful katana Tenkai has sheathed horizontally towards his lower back, with the handle at his left hip. It is one of the swords forged by Sengo Muramasa, the famous/infamous swordsmith. Muramasa's blades are said to be sharp enough to cut through leaves flowing downstream in a river just by sticking the blade into the water. Regarded as a cursed blade by some, Tenkai's Muramasa is one of the last few Muramasa forged in his days of repentance for making tools for killing.

Due to its supernatural qualities, Tenkai uses it as a conduit for his spiritual and physical ki. The blade itself also has a taste for the blood of the undead and demons, weakening the effects of unholy regeneration and making normal regeneration difficult due to its sharpness. The sword is also semi-sentient.

Tenkashiwa (天柏) - Tenkai wears this sword sheathed on his back diagonally with the hilt over his right shoulder. When sheathed it appears to be a normal katana, but once drawn it is revealed to have a blade made of wood. It is a bokken carved from a very old tree from the forests of Mt. Kurama. The wood is hard enough to fend off blades and is covered in a fire-retardant lacquer. In essence, it might as well be a blunt, sword-shaped metal rod. Of course, being wood, it isn't as heavy as metal, and thus carries the normal swinging impact of a bokken. However, due to the sacred wood it is carved from, it is an exceptional conduit for both physical and spiritual ki, which allows Tenkai to use it effectively in the right situations, especially against demons and the undead. Tenkashiwa is his usual weapon of choice for sparring matches due to its blunt edge.

Equipment/Armor


Armor - Tenkai wears a single piece of samurai shoulder armor on his right shoulder. The plates of the armor go down just past the length of his upper arm. He also wears an armored glove that covers his entire hand and forearm, with a forearm/backhand guard attatched to it. In addition, his legs are guarded by samurai shinguards with knee covers. The armor is strong enough to give him protection from most weapons and weak energy/magic based attacks, but can still give way against powerful abilities. He also wears a pair of geta upon his feet made of the same wood as Tenkashiwa, thus possessing the same properties. Aside from that, the rest of his outfit is either cloth or exposed flesh.

Rosaries - Tenkai wears two different kinds of rosaries which in some way can count as armor. One of them is a large Buddhist rosary he wears strapped around his body like a bandolier over his left shoulder. The beads are large, about the size of baseballs. While on his body, the large rosary's density can prevent blades from cutting too far into his body in order to avoid fatal strikes, namely being cleaved in half. He can also remove the rosary in order to use it strategically, either as a distraction or an improvized fist weapon. The second rosary is actually a smaller Catholic rosary wrapped around the forearm of his left arm above the gauze that covers it. It only serves as another conduit/focal point for spirit energy/exorcism abilities.

Sanctus Arcanum - An exorcism array of symbols and words of power written in Latin, tatooed along the length of his left arm, hidden by gauze wrap. It serves as a means to focus his spiritual energy into his left arm to give it exorcising properties for certain attacks. Normally black, glows bluish-white when spiritual energy is focused through it.

Fighting Styles


Inga Ouhou Shinken Ryu Kenjutsu (因果応報神剣流剣術) - "Divine Sword of Retribution Style Fencing" - A style of kenjutsu designed specifically to be used against the undead, demons, and other kinds of dark creatures. Tenkai tends to use his opponent's momentum against them. Most of Tenkai's sword techniques were either taught to him through this art or added to the art by his own research.

---Subdivision: A-Un Nitou Ryu (阿吽二刀) - Twin Daevas Two-Sword Style - A subdivision of Inga Ouhou Shinken developed by Tenkai. This is basically the term for Tenkai's style of dual-wielding Muramasa and Tenkashiwa.

Tengu Hazan Ken Ryu Kenpo (天狗破山拳流拳法) - "Tengu's Way of the Mountain-Crushing Fist" - "Kenpo" is moreso used in reference to it being a fist art than being a branch of modern kenpo. Tenkai learned this from a Buddhist monk at Mt. Kurama, who was actually a tengu in disguise. Basic techniques involve strikes to vital targets and weak spots for powerful strikes, as well as focusing on using body rotation momentum as force. Effective against opponents who tend to have muscular physiques that tend to dampen the effect of normal strikes.

Tenkai incorporates the use of spirit energy and physical ki into both hand-to-hand and sword fighting when necessary, allowing him to strengthen his attacks. His most often-used method is utilizing spirit energy, which takes the form of blue spectral whisps of flame when Tenkai channels it, much like those associated with Japanese ghosts.

Tenkai's abilities tend to follow "fighting game logic". That being most, if not all of his special techniques can be dodged or defended against unless used at the right moments. Also, in spite of their visual effects, they cause very minor collateral damage as they are intended for fighting opponents rather than mass destruction, and are thus scaled down for the tournament.

Techniques


Fuujinzan (風神斬) - "Wind God Slash" - In spite of the name, this isn't an elemental wind attack. It is an ability utilizing Tenkai's own ki in which he swings with enough force to displace the air, sending a small crescent wave of cutting force towards his opponent. He can perform this with both Muramasa and Tenkashiwa. Depending on his swing, he can reduce the concentration of the blade from a gust of force to a cutting attack. Using the attack with Tenkashiwa makes this easier, turning the concentrated attack into a blunt force strike.

Raijinzan (雷神斬) - "Thunder God Slash" - Just like its "brother" technique the Fuujinzan, the Raijinzan is not a true elemental attack. It doesn't use the lightning element. The technique is used almost exclusively with Muramasa, usually when sheathed. By taking in the ki of his surroundings, Tenkai focuses "hadou" into the blade before drawing. He then draws the blade in an iaijutsu strike, sending the hadou along the ground as if it was fired from the sheath. The attack itself resembles lightning, but holds no electrical properties other than the sparks it gives off when charging. Tenkai can compress the attack from a blunt strike to a cutting ability depedning on how it is executed, for safety purposes.

Shakunetsu Ha (灼熱波) - "Scorching Wave" - This technique utilizes spirit energy rather than ki like the previous techniques. Contrary to its name, it doesn't use real fire. Instead, it uses his spirit "fire" to execute. By focusing it into his sword, Tenkai can release a forward-moving wave of spirit energy at his opponent like a wave of flame. It is more of a force attack than a burning attack, but against demons and undead the properties of the energy through his weapons causes the attack to burn at the skin like actual fire depending on the intensity of the attack. Extra note: When used with Muramasa the flames are a normal blue color as usual, but through Tenkashiwa the flames are white.

Nenshou Senpuuzan (燃焼旋風斬) - "Burning Hurricane Slash" - A variation of the Shakunetsu Ha using principles of the Fuujinzan. By launching a Fuujinzan attack with some of his spirit energy compressed inside of it, Tenkai can will it to collapse into a small cyclone of spectral fire. Useful for setting up traps for people who dodge by jumping, but doesn't work well against people using side-to-side evasion. Tenkai can also execute the individual cyclone attack at melee range if he has the hip momentum to spin the blade.

Koutetsuha (甲鉄破) - "Armor Breaker" - A technique designed to be used against armored or well-muscled opponents, espeically grapplers. Using his body rotation, Tenkai focuses his ki through his body in order to draw momentum through the rotation of his hip, which moves to the shoulder, arm, and finally his fist. It is a short, three-inch strike that delivers massive impact on contact that travels through armor and strong muscle, as if sending the force through the body like a piercing bolt. Damage done on living bodies is more internal than external, but can pulverize solid, rigid materials like rock and dent steel (plates, not forged weaponry).

Tenha Goushou Ha (天破剛掌波) - "Heaven Breaking Rigid Palm Wave" - This is a technique Tenkai developed after recieving the Sanctus Arcanum. By focusing his spirit energy through the arm and thrusting his palm forward, he can expel a powerful direct wave of spirit energy from his palm to crash into his opponent, washing over them with exorcising properties. Effective against demons and other evil-aligned creatures.

Nadare Otoshi (雪崩落し) - "Avalanche Drop" - A leg attack used by focusing one's weight into their attacks. Tenkai leaps into the air with his legs bent, aiming to land on top of his opponent. Before landing, Tenkai thrusts his legs downward in order to crush them into his opponent, usually aiming in between the shoulders and neck. Depending on when the leg thrust is executed, Tenkai can stay on top of where he strikes or use the momentum to bounce off of his opponent.

Hazan Senju Bakugeki (破山千手爆撃) - "Mountain-Crushing Thousand-Hand Bombardment" - An overly-elaborate name for a simple, powerful barrage of fists. Usually used when a proper opening is created, initiated by striking somewhere to stun the opponent, such as the nose or solar plexus.

Other Special Statistics


Tenkai's training in martial arts and Buddhist spiritualism gives him enhanced stamina, speed, and strength in terms of being a human. This only goes so far as follows...

Stamina: Can survive from slightly more blood loss than normal humans, as well as staying conscious longer from bloodloss. The highest this resilience goes is being able to avoid going into shock at the loss of a limb, although certainly not to the degree that losing a limb would affect him in no way whatsoever. Pain is pain.

Speed: Tenkai's normal sprinting speed is about the same as a normal college athlete. However, his legs are more trained for a spring effect, which allows him to make short-distance dashes at the speed of an Olympic runner's sprint, as well as allowing him to leap ten feet in the air in one vertical bound with the right potential energy (i.e. bending the legs, not just a slight hop).

Strength: Tenkai's strength varies with how much he focuses into his attacks and the area to which they are focused. The highest example of this strength is Tenkai's Koutetsuha, which is a focused strike strong enough to break through stone and dent steel. All other hand to hand attacks and feats of strength are either equivalents or lower.

● Short Biography: Takane was born with in Sumeru, Eden to a warrior of the Asura Tribe (Names after the tribe's acient allies after their blood was mixed with the group of deities via a bargain to increase the tribes power and prosperity.) and a mercenary of Durem that had lost his way and had come to live with the tribe and mix into their ways while also teaching them as well. Sometime after her birth her mother was exiled from the tribe under unknown circumstance and thus caused the two to find themselves moving further to the edges of Eden and nearer to the continent of Gaia. There her mother would work as a mercenary as well to keep food on the table--and such was easily done with the skill and ability that both parents possessed. The three would eventually move further to live in the outskirts of Durm where the Ichihara Clan of her father's stationed in secret and knowledge would come that they were a clan of vampire slayers.....As agreement to her husband's wishes Takane would continue the trade from harsh training from the both of them while also unlocking the potential of her Asura blood as well.

To make a long story short some time after Takane had become capable of handling herself well in the profession--However as she had grown she had come to find herself detesting the existence of vampires and their actions as most of the zealous vampire killers of the clan had....and it did not help that action against them had resulted eventually in the death of her uncle and grandfather whom she had found herself growing quite attached to over the years.

In an never ending rage she, at an acceptable age, traveled away from the clan's hide out and walked the world slaughtering any vampire that came to her sights. Only after eventually meeting Tenkai Matsumoto in an operation to stop a floating stronghold of vampires called 'Eternity Castle' did she slowly learn to become more forgiving--However it is still noted that she appears to still have a short temper for the likes of the ones she had gone and designed her body to fight against. To push that temper is certian death if one is not able to handle her.

● Personality: She's a prideful creature that takes no form of disrespect or underestimation without repaying it in equal or overpowering sums. Indeed she's usually taken as rather cold and uncaring--But that mostly comes from life's hardships and her mild xenophobia towards strangers. She is mostly a silent individual that takes no pleasure in small talk when the situation is serious...Granted in peaceful time she may toss back a word or few but she seldom thinks anything beyond her duty as a vampire slayer. She has signs of being a warm person at the right moment but such shows of kindness are sacred and therefore not shared often by those whom have witnessed it.

Physical Capabilities.


Due to the constant war on vampires and other supernatural creatures Takane through experience, training, and by awakening of her Asuran blood has worked hard to make her body capable of being able to keep up with them, and those her life as a human is on the line by doing so she has brought her body's capabilities to this point:

Stamina: Through the constant battles against vampires and other creatures of the night, harsh physical training, and the systematic awakening of her Asura blood by her clan she has gained the ability to perform at maximum out put for the span of an half hour. Her body's resistance allows her to handle direct blows from vampiric level opponents four times better then the average human, and take blunt weapon attacks with manageable after affects depending on the strength of the user.

Speed: Takane's body has been developed through countless battles against vampires to at least be able to keep up with the likes of them in every manner. Her speed however isn't as great as her stamina and her physical power--though she can still be compared to the college level athlete,she's not quite Olympic material. It could easily be said that she practiced more on dexterity then raw speed...As her agility and hand-eye coordination work to compensate for most cases where she lacks the speed to keep up with only dashing about. Her quickness is very much taken advantage of in most cases.

Strength: Speed, strength, and technique applied her punches can make quite a number of people flinch, and find themselves breathless...and has been known to easily leave dents in the walls of concrete and metal depending on the age and density of said metal. At maximum output she is capable of lifting at 1,500 Ibs thanks to her Asuran blood and harsh training combined. It is apparent that certian emotional stimuli that could further awaken her blood can increase this strength but it is certian that it is not beyond the ability of another hundred pounds.


Special Abilities


Special abilities gained from the awakening of the Asura blood in her training, and past experiences with other vampire slayers. These abilities range from physical feats to powers of the Asura Tribe:

Chi/Spiritual (Energy) Manipulation: The act of wielding one's internal or surrounding energies as means for attack or body enhancement. In doing so one can increase the power of an attack or movement.

Air-Time Extension: Takane's most energized movement, which involves the use of solidifying a thin temporary layer spiritual energy under her feet that would allow her to do something akin to a 'double jump'. It's a quick and easy movement when capable of performing maximum output with no hindrances...But later in battle when one begins to grow wary it becomes a difficult action that may require charging if can be done at all.

Force Edge: A technique and ability gained from constant training under the Ichihara Clan's most powerful coupled with the strength of the Asura blood allows Takane to perform a slashing attack with a blade that would allow her to induce a small amount of chi into the tip. In doing this the beforehand power behind the slash causes a razor-sharp vacuum of air to be created from the movement and carried further with enhanced power. With this simple action objects from a distance can be cleaved in half from the pure force of the attack. The maximum potential of this ability has been noted as capable of cleanly cutting through boulders at a range of six feet. Depending on the climate one can increase the power of this attack by natural usage of the wind.

Devastating Hammer: A move purely taking advantage of Takane's natural strength as well as in taking a fair but small amount of chi and concentration into the mix. Using this move Takane with square up in a martial artist punching form style and release a forward punch utilizing her weight and body strength. Naturally it's a move that must be considered and placed well before action...But once used it can shatter solid rock. The chi with-in the punch easily allows for certian areas of the body to receive massive damage on impact depending on the body type of one whom she is using it against.
---------Variation(1): Devastating Hammer Version 2: The same only with the use of her left arm--Damage is increased due to the solidity of the prosthetic auto-mail arm and the ease involved with adding raw energy to the metal appendage.

Devastating Axe: Another move that purely takes advantage of Takane's natural strength...Only with the legs. Taking up a martial arts style kick of her choosing (Usually a simple axe kick or a round) she releases a swinging kick that carries the same devastating power of the Hammer...Though it's noted that it takes a little more chi for it to reach it's full potential. The same damage measure is possible as for the Hammer.

Primary Description: [Basic Info.]: A katana specifically made for the usage of Takane and her vampire slaying. The materials of the blade have been made from a mixture of strong alloys (Tungsten Carbide and other alloys) and treated through several holy blessing incantations that make it easier for cutting into thick werewolf furs and vampire defenses. The wrap of the handle is of black tie, and the sheath is of the same color with a silver dragon wrapped around it's length. The dragon is also featured twisting and looping around the frame of the tsuba.

As a barrowed weapon it's not usually put into use--However when needed it can easily deliver as a good alternitive to fighting those whom prove to need abit more of an ethereal incentive to their defeat. Apparently it's designed for easy charging, and swift slicing/stabbing.

The overall design of the arm is of course customized and made so that it works as if it were just as if it really were her original arm--But also has been enhanced several times to withstand the same weight amounts, if not easily more than original.
