Clothing: Clothing sports a few meaning and uses. While outer clothing is pure fashion, underneath you will find bullet proof chain mail. The defense isn't perfect but helps in tight spots protecting his important organs. The hanging sleeve, like every magician and illusionist, is use to hide an range of trickery items. This might just be a hidden gun, or some new strategic item. The arm normally only conceals one thing at a time, but depending might hold some other things of interest. These things are obviously smaller in size. the mouthed scarf like item is used for identity reasonings. The eye in the center of the torso will be explained in powers.
Powers: Opticon has no super human strength or anything that prevents him from dying like any other human. A point blank gun shot is going to kill him like it would anyone else. However, thats if you can find him. Opticon is a master of illusion and deceptive arts. These arts are extreme and can possibly cause severe mental damage to the weaker of minds. Opticon can make you see, feel, and hear things that are not there. This art sports him to great strategic advantages, as well as many underlings, fooled into following him with point blank lies. Lies that even the greatest of minds would fall victim to believing. The down side to this power, is while the person can feel the pain, hear the sword penetrate his/her heart, and see it sink deeper, it isn't happening. No actual body damage is happening, even though the pain is still there. The other downside is to be able to infect and influence the Illusion, Opticon is limited to how to activate it. Eye contact with the center eye on his chest brings the person to immediate mental manipulation. As a back up, Opticon has made another method by using a poisoning liquid. This liquid is normally placed in darts or perhaps other methods, and is shot at the target. The infection is quick but not immediate, in approximations it takes about 5 minutes to register its effect, opposed to the eye method. The science behind the Super power is to weaken the mind to the point where it can be manipulated. The power actually in essence is to be able to manipulate parts of the brain using telepathic powers, changing the messages sent to the brain to ones that he wills. The eye method actually brings the viewer to a hypnotic state. Once contact with the eye is made the targets fixation on the eye is drawn in and used to set the deadly poison. Some people can be manipulated without the aid of anything, depending on there mental stability. A mental institute patient may find himself victimized without much effort at all. Anything that can weaken the mental defenses can be used, such as drug use. This is the reason why most of Opticons underlings are run down out of their luck men and women, or just lunatics. Aside from the powers, he holds a moderate hand to hand combat skill range, as well as an understanding to use a handful of weapons. Most predominate in throwing knives/small axes/throwing stars Ect, ect.
Personality: Having a somewhat split personality it shows the extremity to his manipulating talents. As Kaim he holds charm, kindness, intellect, a light hearted best friend man. A well known Illusionist in profession he underplays his talents as to not gain to much pubic awareness. Things quickly switch around as Kaim shows his true desires and emotions under the name Opticon. A well known talker, but not of the cocky/arrogant way, but of deceptive and manipulative manner. Calm and and showing a sense of knowledge he will try and turn your intentions and belief, convince what he is doing is for the greater good, what ever that may be. In reality he has no love of life, but a feeling that unless you try and become something of yourself, you are useless and deserve to die anyway. His underlings to him, because of their weak minded nature, are viewed as disposable and commonly tossed to the slaughter without a seconds thought.
Background Information: A lot of information has been givin' already. Kaim from the early stages of his childhood has always wished to be a magician,
to floor and entertain the world. He was a good kid, teenager and young man, strong morals and a steady life. While the Magician dream seemed fruitless, Kaim looked to follow his other passion in being a psychologist. learning greatly about the brain and the social actions of the normal everyday human being. This helped gain his manipulative edge, therapy and criminal annalist also came into play. One day he made a scientific breakthrough, he gained knowledge on how to unlock a portion of the brain. This portion held a telekinesis aspect to it, quickly placing himself as the first person to be experimented on, he became the first breed in the next chain of human evolution. However, before the knowledge and findings were revealed to the public, the power he now had at his control drove him power greedy. Wishing to be the only man with this ability, he stooped low and killed everyone in the project, setting the lab ablaze, locking every escape route. The papers read of a story, an explosion and of fire, 5 men killed. It was thought to be an accident. Knowing the potential of his powers, Kaim studied himself, attempting to figure out what exactly they possessed. After controlled experiments, he was able to solve that mystery, and work on developing it. Soon endless possibility's seemed possible.
Reason For becoming a Villain: Kaim's reasons are selfish, but portrayed as heroic in his actions. He wants to gain wealth, he wants to bring the world back to its basic principle, only the strongest survive. To weed out the weak and unneeded to strengthen the human race as a whole.
