Evan Bourne's music hits as he walks down the ramp to a huge pop. The crowd cheers as he taunts them by raising his hands high in the air. He slides into the ring as his music fades out. He calls for a mic and a ring assistant tosses him one.
"I know I am pretty new around here. But as of lately I have been in quite a few matches. I have been becoming a bigger and bigger part of the WIF and will eventually be WIF champion."
The crowd cheers and Bourne smiles.
"But that is a big leap. Not saying I don't deserve it, but I want to earn the WIF title. Nonetheless this isn't about the WIF title."
He lowers the mic to catch his breath.
"Like I said I have been rather active lately kicking a** around here. So I think I deserve something. And I couldn't help but notice the Cruiserweight title."
He smiles as the crowd pops at the idea of Bourne as champ.
"So Doink, Russo, Vince, or for that matter anyone else in charge. I am demanding the Cruiserweight Championship!"
He lowers the mic yet again and this time he waits for one of the following to come out.

*Russo walks out to the ring with a smile on his face*
"Know I am out here to say 2 things, one: Yes you have been very active lately and we at the WIF Management is very impressed by that, but we just can't hand you the C-W title, so how about this? At the next Pay Per View, we have you vs. 5 other Cruiserweights in a 6 pack, first fall to the finish challenge, Sound good?"

"You want me to earn my title?"
He looks around at the crowd.
"Damn straight that sounds good! Count me in!"
