me and my friend turned 30 so we trieed cpq, and the first time we sucked at it, then we tried to get more ppl but most of them were 35-48 and they all called us noobs and quit the party so we got mad and left..

I was lucky, when I first started some random dude taught me everything i needed to know ^^;; (Although I think he was more interested in my gf than me)
But anyways look up cpq guides so you can learn what to do and some basic strategies to help you win. You should do trade wins since you're only lvl 30.
