Okay, Snake held a gun to a man and never demanded that he put a shirt on. What's wrong with him?
From what I saw in the video, I'd say it's possible, though it doesn't actually look practical in a combat situation. Does it even have any AA capabilities?
Oh, and I didn't see any nukes. I demand a nuclear explosion!

The shock from moving around like that must be intense, though it seems Rey's agile design anticipated that. Well, Rex is basically like you said, a tank. It's not hard for me to believe, aside from me having no idea how it's powered. Now, Rey seems to have an unnaturally clean hydraulics system, and considering it has some purely superficial elements, it's no wonder Rex one. I believe they're both possible, but neither could possibly show enough positive returns for their investments. Sorry to crush your dreams, dude. It could happen, but it won't.
