It's a pretty big deal; it's not like a felony breaking & entering charge or something stupid like that.
& no, it's not a murder charge, but it IS a charge that has defined his life & kind of will determine & mess with the rest of his life. He was charged as an adult when he was 16, & did seven years. He's almost 26 years old, & he finally gets off parole in March.

& OH MY GOD, I AM GETTING SO FED UP WITH THE $&#@ER#$&(@#ER! I swear to God he's going to get thrown back in jail for breaking some really stupid condition of his parole, & I'm gonna end up with a boyfriend locked up for 30-90 days, & I ain't gonna be there for him because he needs to stop pissing off his #$&*# parole officer! ... & he NEEDS to stop messing with me! I mean, my God, I'm the most tolerant girlfriend he'll ever freakin' find scream
