Many of you are either back in school or will be shortly. A lot of us are through with school. Well, this will be a post where you can ask questions that you need to to understand your homework.

No, we will not do your homework for you BUT we can help you out. Not promising you that we can solve the quadratic equation (lol - that's right boobear can); not promising you that we can help with art projects (lol thats right we have artists here, too); but at the very least we can point you in the right direction.

Or maybe, you just want to let off steam burning_eyes scream evil go right ahead. This is the place!

Ohhh, ohhh; I wish I was still in High School or even Middle School... Back to School Shopping is like my favourite holiday blaugh

I'm not in school. I completed the first three years of high school -- I was actually the "Top Student" of my Freshman & Junior class 3nodding I got my GED a year ago [I wanted to finish High School, but my living situation has been really speratic & hard the past two years, & I easily passed all my GED tests with either perfect or near perfect scores, so that was the more conveniant way to go.

I can definitely help anyone with any homework; I miss school. [I can't afford college , I can barely afford my own existence.]

When I was a Junior in high school, I was "promoted" the second semester of school from being in my English class to co-teaching it, because apparently my literature knowledge & abilities made me a valuable teacher [turns out it totally did; I permanently totally changed my school's 11th grade English Class ciriculum].

I am NOT the best of spellers. But anyone who needs any help with anything in their English class, or with writing essays, etc. for other classes, can definitely PM me. I spent years editing all my friends English papers, so it's something I'm used to & don't mind at all 3nodding

Also, I can help with any math that's Statistics, Geometry, Algebra 2 & below.

Hey guy's, that's right I can do the really hard math problems, and while I will NOT do them for you, I can give you several different ways to solve it yourself. I was also very good in English and Science. (Science was my favorite subject, still is. It's my major smile ) So if you have any questions feel free to ask anyone of us. smile

What do you mean, exactly? How American education/schooling is compared to education/schooling in England?
PostPosted: Wed Sep 10, 2008 3:12 pm

let me try to answer you this way. And btw if you need any clarifications ask... ok?
In America, the schools are broken into 3 different schools.
They separated the schools into Elementary School - Middle School - High School
Elementary schools are ages 5 through 11
Middle schools have ages 11 through 14
High schools have the ages 11 and up

In England there are 3 levels of study and they are called Key stages
Key stage 1 are the ages of 5 through 7
Key stage 2 are the ages of 8 through 11
Key stage 3 are the ages of 12 through 18

You take a test to advance to the next Key Stage

In England one takes A levels which is called going to college in America.

Let me know what else you need to know...
