OK, I think my period may be over, like I think it stoped last night/this morning, would I still have to use a tampon if I go swiming today?

If you're not bleeding, then you don't need a tampon. But if you're not sure if you're really done bleeding, then you can use a light tampon to feel more secure. Infections are always a possibility, but it's a pretty low risk, especially if you change your tampon often.

LorienLlewellyn If you're not bleeding, then you don't need a tampon. But if you're not sure if you're really done bleeding, then you can use a light tampon to feel more secure.
