Well recently people have been demanding things from me that I just can't do in the little time i have.

So heres some art you guys, cuz i haven't posted in months.

The first one is called Ghost in the Snow.

I'd be all deep and s**t and tell you the hamster or wtf ever represents my inner child or me in the cruel dark world or some s**t like that, but its just a drawing i drew because i was bored.

secondly the advance in human violence:

I posted this for a challenge i started in the iron artist arena. but my challenger was being.....odd and wanted it as lineart, which pissed me off because i had spent a bunch of time on it, in the midst of university work. And she tells me to basically start over.

critic is appreciated.

i believe it's a pretty slow moving forum, yo. but i do like the stuff you posted. i especially like the first one, and the different perspective you did. it's not one that i normally see when it comes to illustration and it's a nice refreshing view (although this view does come up a lot in 3d work...and it makes things look dull, weird, huh?). you've got some snazzy line/contrast work going on, and i think the composition works pretty well. does the little fuzzy creature waddle it's way? i'm only asking because the spacing between the footprints are really small, in comparison to the fuzzy guy. seems like he'd be precariously teetering on his feet walking that way. it's convincing and i think it might be funny to see that animated in a walk cycle...just curious.

i like the second piece you posted, a good representation on your views towards human violence. i just get a little lost towards the end. sounded like it was kind of annoying to have your challenger change her mind halfway thru.

i guess it waddles, i don't know, its a little hampster thing. I'd animate him waddling for a lugh, but i..can't animate for s**t.

and yes, i was tres annoyed.

thanks a lot.

I really like the first one a lot. I love the contrast and the shadows from the trees. The second one is also equally cool.

Basically, I think these are awesome. Is the first one done digitally or with traditional media? If it's obvious, I'm sorry. I can't see details that well on my laptop screen :/

Your picture about snow is good. You should lie and tell everyone that your mother abandoned you as a child in the cold month of january, and now seeing snow makes you cry. Or just say that snow makes you want snow cones. But I think that picture would be a bit better if there was a story... about snow. Or hedgehogs. Or crows.

Dude, I really wish you were able to post this in the IA. It's amazing.

Good luck with your future projects, cousin.

The only crit I can give is the last few panels where the fishie goes back into the sea. If there were more hintage of it turning back, then it'd be easier to follow in sequence.

I like it lots. I wonder what you're doing at school if this is your spare times art.

What?

Wow. These are great I love all the shadows in the first one, and your line art is great.

:3 I really like your colors in the second one, though I have to agree with What? on the last part with the whole fish, it seems kinda choppy.

But I still like it :D!

:33 Good work.

Yeah. Patience is needed in this guild if you want replies. :O Rawfulmao.
