She modifies Usagi's family member's memories to make them think that she's Usagi's little sister. Many theories float around claiming Chibi-Chibi can be the daughter of Chibiusa or the second daughter to Usagi or maybe an actual sister to Usagi. Chibi-Chibi is often mistaken as Sailor Cosmos in the future. In the manga Chibiusa feels strongly that Chibi-Chibi isn't hers. Also Chibi-Chibi is not Sailor Galaxia's starseed in the manga.

(Setsuna-san said the other was inactive and I was allowed to do this. ^^;)
Player name/nickname: Neptune Kaioh Michiru
Sample Post: A gentle hand ran over the short strands of raven hued hair as she monitored her adoptive daughter’s expression, her brow line inclined inwards as her mind seemed to be thinking things through. The gentle sounds of the music emitted from the music system echoed within the dimmed room, the hushed breaths gave Neptune a slight relaxed feel. The gentle waves of aqua hued hair tumbled forwards and rested upon her shoulders, her eyes focused upon the doorway as she heard the sound of others down the hall. Her fuku clad form slowly rose to a stand, her structure lean but yet elegant as she moved towards a slight sway. Her blue eyes focused upon the young teen’s features before she turned. Ki slowly diminished as her fuku fades and was replaced with her concert wear, the knee length dress was fitted around her waist as her now shoeless feet moved without a sound. Kaioh Michiru was this worried mother, a mother who had held the young child when she was baby and looked after her day by day. She wanted to take away all these worries and pain from the young girl, cradle her close and tell her that all shall be fine. But she knew better, she knew that she could not protect the young woman forever. The honey sweet tone slowly echoed out down the hall, in hope it would reach the others. “Hotaru-chan is asleep,” she said with a hint of worry. “But she is restless.”
Name: Kaioh Michiru
Age: Depends on the roleplay, she is at least nineteen to twenty after Stars because she had left school by the start of the season. (Which in Japan its 15 for normal, but Michiru probably done upper education is at least 17 or 18 for graduation.)
Weight: 121, just right for an healthy female adult.
Height: 162cm / 5ft 4
Birth Date: March 6th
Zodiac Sign: Pisces
Hair Color: Sea Green
Eye Color: Blue
General Body Description: General well build, she has a interesting figure and is well proportioned
Place of Origin (where do you come from?): Spirit wise she came from Neptune, but in the present day Michiru comes from Japan.
Personality: Generally reserved, polite, and elegant, Michiru is a lady through and through, exuding a quiet maturity, beauty, and grace beyond her age. She acts and appears like an adult, and she is the picture of sophistication. She is also talented - she is a renowned violinist; a famous painter (in the anime only); and an excellent swimmer. Whereas her partner is more outspoken and brash, Michiru tends to be more considerate, kind, and tactful, especially in the manga, where she seems a lot gentler. In the anime, she is particularly kind when it comes to younger girls, of whom she is fond, thinking them to be "cute." In both the anime and manga, she has an obvious maternal streak. At times, however, her competitive nature can cause her to be harsh, and in the manga, she can be vain and have a scary temper. In the anime, she is a bit of a flirt, but mostly just with Haruka. Despite her seemingly quiet nature, however, she is just as driven as her partner. As Sailor Neptune, she will do whatever it takes to fulfil her mission, even at the cost of her own life. She can be cold and ruthless when necessary, even though in the anime, she tends to be more open than Uranus regarding her doubts about her actions
Phobia: Sea Cucumbers
Favourite Food: Sashimi
Favourite Color: Marine blue
Other Favourites: Collecting Cosmetics (Hobby), Violins, Classical Music, Ballroom Dancing, Haruka, Swimming and many more.
Dislikes: Kikurage, Kou Yaten (He patronized her green lipstick and pissed her off.), and some other small things.
Strengths: Intelligence
Weaknesses (Physical): Sea Cucumbers, Competitive and Immature People
Weaknesses (Element): Lightening
Senshi/Knight Title: Eternal Sailor Neptune
Element of Influence: The Oceans, Water.
Planet/Star (Origin): Neptune
Gemstone (What Gem is on his/her outfit?): Aquamarine
Henshin Item: The Neptune Crystal; Manga only. Allows Michiru to transform into Eternal Sailor Neptune.
Transformation Phrase: Neptune Star Power! Make-Up!
Transformation (what does it look like?): Pretty Obviously you have seen this.
Fuku/Outfit: Eternal Sailor Neptune is the final and most powerful form of Sailor Neptune. Her fuku changes in that she gets a layer of white under the green. Her green ankle shoes change to white boots, and her heart broach as Super Sailor Neptune turns into a star. In the cartoons, you never see any of the Eternal forms of the senshi. In the manga we only see a few images drawn by Naoko.
Looks (does he/she look physically different when he/she transforms?): N//A
Attacks (give names and full descriptions): Deep Submerge As the ocean's waves crash around her, the water converges into a ball above her head. This ball is in the shape of the planet Neptune. She spins around and throws her heads forward, effectively launching the planet at her enemy. Submarine Reflection Super Sailor Neptune's attack using the Deep Aqua Mirror. It can either reveal the weakness in an enemy or blast them with energy. It first appears in manga Act 31, Volume 09. Submarine Violin Tide Sailor Neptune's manga only attack. She uses her violin to create a dark energy toward the enemy. It first appears in manga Act 43, Volume 16. Galactic Submarine Violin Tide The attack used by Sailor Neptune when she and the other senshi were reincarnated as evil senshi by Galaxia. Though she is now able to use this attack without being evil. Galactic Planet Attack The attack used by the Sailor Senshi when they were reincarnated as evil senshi by Galaxia. This attack is used only in the manga, in Act 50, Volume 18.
Weapon (this is along the lines of a dagger or something similar; the use of your body as a weapon is separate.): Deep Aqua Mirror The Deep Aqua Mirror is one of the three sacred talismans used to bring forth the Holy Grail. The talisman is used and protected by Sailor Neptune. It's power allows Neptune to see the truth behind appearances and it shows her the enemies weak spots. It also works with her intuition to show her flashes of evil to come. Marine Cathédrale The Marine Cathédrale is the name of Michiru's violin. It is used in her "Submarine Violin Tide" attack, and is first used in Act 26, Volume 08. During one of her concerts, an audience member states, "I hear that her violin is a five hundred million yen Stradivarius named after the temple of the sea." Neptune Crystal The Neptune Crystal appears first in Act 39, Volume 14, and allows Michiru to transform into Sailor Neptune with "Neptune Crystal Power, Make Up!"
~Background~
Sailor Neptune derives her power from the planet Neptune. Her powers are water based and her guardian is the Ocean. Her original mission, along with Sailor Uranus and Sailor Pluto, was to protect the solar system from outside invaders. She and the other two outer senshi were given powers far greater than those of the inner senshi. At the same time, the outer senshi, during the silver millennium, were loners, left to guard the solar system alone. We get our first glimpse of Sailor Neptune during episode 89, the final episode of the SMR season. The episode serves as a wrap-up of the highlights of the first and second series, along with a preview of the new series to come. During this preview, the inner senshi discuss the presence of two "new" senshi. Only a dark sillioute of Sailor Neptune and her partner Sailor Uranus is shown. The first time Sailor Neptune is shown in any detail is in episode 92. Here we begin to see a more detailed version of her attack, Deep Submerge. Sailor Neptune often introduces herself after Sailor Uranus. Uranus says, "Hereld by the new age, I am Sailor Uranus, acting gorgeously." Neptune follows with "And the same, Sailor Neptune, acting gracefully." These short introductions change from episode to episode, although the point of the speech is the same. As the series progresses, we learn more about Sailor Neptune and Uranus's mission. They are looking for the three sacred talismans, the Aqua Mirror, the Space Sword, and the Garnet Orb, which are trapped inside the pure crystal hearts of three individuals. The catch is that the pure souls possessing the talismans will die once the objects are removed. Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus are willing to make this sacrifice to save the world from the messiah of silence. Sailor Moon, however, is not. It is for this reason that the outer senshi view the inner senshi as a burden. To them, the inner senshi cannot see that the sacrifice of a few to save many is necessary to rid the world of evil. Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus often tell the inner senshi to get lost and let them complete their mission, however, they offer the inners little information on that mission, claiming that it's none of their business. The two senshi are quite fond of Usagi, however, and during episode 101, Usagi's pure heart is the target of the deathbusters, the enemy in SMS. The two senshi struggle to accept that fact that they might have to sacrifice their friend. Usagi's heart shines exceptionally bright, and both the enemy and the outer senshi believe she holds a talisman. However, this isn't the case. The brightness of Usagi's heart is merely a measure of her purity. She doesn't hold a talisman and the search goes on.
In episode 110, the story of how Michiru and Haruka met and became sailor senshi is revealed. Michiru has already been awakened when she meets Haruka, a track star, at school through a mutual friend. Michiru's interest in Haruka is evident from the beginning, however, Haruka pushes Michiru away and tells the girl to leave her alone. Michiru approaches Haruka later on, telling her that she must be feeling what Michiru herself feels. Haruka, however, is not ready to accept her fate just then. Finally, Haruka is attacked by a youma. Her henshin stick appears along with Michiru, who warns her not to take it. Michiru transforms into Sailor Neptune and defeats the youma. She tells Haruka that she was happy when she found out that Haruka was Sailor Uranus, her destined partner for a mission to save the world. But Michiru didn't want Haruka to be forced into the life that she had chosen. Haruka, however, accepted her destiny. This episode marks the first time the transformation sequences for Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus are shown. Sailor Neptune's transformation, Neptune Planet Power, Make-up, begins with her henshin stick. It then flashes to her spinning in a circle with her henshin stick straight out. As her stick circles her body a wall of water rises behind it, eventually surrounding her naked body. We then see Sailor Neptune flip her hair back, followed by a lip color change, and then ending with a nice pose. In episode 113, Michiru and Haruka, discover that Usagi is Sailor Moon, and likewise, she learns that they are Sailor Neptune and Uranus. Trapped in a parking garage with Eudial, one of the witches 5, Usagi transforms in order to save Minako's pure crystal heart. Michiru and Haruka realize that they must do the same if they expect to keep a potential talisman out of Eudial's hands. Although, Minako's heart is not a talisman, the damage has been done. The senshi's identities have been revealed, not only to each other, but to Eudial as well. At this point the relationship of the inner and outer senshi, both in senshi form as well as when untransformed, changes drastically. The inners still cannot understand why Sailor Neptune and Uranus would allow for the sacrifice of innocents, and the Outers still view the inners as a burden. In Episode 114, the talismans appear. Eudial uses a computer program to discover the identities of two of the three talisman holders. She places a call to Michiru and Haruka, inviting them to meet her at a cathedral. She tells them that she has the talisman holders there. Michiru and Haruka feel that Eudial is telling the truth, because they themselves, through intuition, felt that a talisman would be revealed that day.
Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus arrive at the cathedral after taking Usagi's transformation brooch. Within minutes they not only discover that Eudial has set a trap for them, but that they are the talisman holders that she claimed to have. Uranus claims that this cannot be true. They are not pure; their hands are dirtied by their mission. Eudial points her heart removing gun at Uranus, and Neptune flips out. Driven by a desire to save the woman she loves, she crosses Eudial's bridge and is shot many times by bullets. She reaches Eudial who turns and shoots her in the heart, revealing first her crystal heart, then the Aqua Mirror. Uranus is shocked to see that her partner does indeed hold a talisman. Before Eudial has a chance to take the talisman from Haruka's body, however, Usagi arrives and knocks her off the bridge. Uranus returns Usagi's brooch and asks her to find the last talisman. Usagi begs Uranus not to take her own life. She claims that she can save the world without the talismans. Uranus pretends to believe her for a moment, before knocking her out of the way, and shooting herself with the gun. The second Talisman, the Space Sword, appears. Uranus and Neptune then die, or come about as close to it as humanly possible. Without their crystal hearts they cannot sustain life for very long. Later in episode 115, Meiou Setsuna appears for the second time and reveals not only that she is Sailor Pluto, but that she holds the third talisman, the Garnet Orb. Combining the power of the three talismans, Neptune and Uranus are revived, their hearts are returned, and the Holy Grail appears. Neptune smiles at Uranus and says that it appeared no sacrifices were needed after all. Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus, along with Sailor Pluto, find they have a new mission now - to find the Messiah. Although they allow Sailor Moon to keep the Holy Grail because it allows her to double transform to Super Sailor Moon, they claim that she is not messiah because she is weakened when using the Grail.
The outer senshi also accept the mission of stopping the Messiah of Silence from awakening. They suspect that Tomoe Hotaru is Sailor Saturn, the senshi of death. They believe that if they kill her, the world will be saved. If she awakens, however, and she holds the sacred cup, she will destroy the world and bring the silence. In episode 117, the story of the outer senshi is revealed to Tuxedo Kamen. The Outers explain who they are and why they were given more power than the inner senshi. They explain that the inner senshi aren't strong enough to complete the mission that they had been given. They tell Kamen that the inners will only get in their way because the inners don't have what it takes to make sacrifices. Tuxedo Kamen asks why the Outers are telling him this, and they reply that they felt he would understand. This once again brings the outer senshi into odds with the inner senshi, who have befriended Hotaru. The Outers attempt to convince Usagi that Hotaru is dangerous; however, Usagi will not listen, and does everything in her power to prevent the Outers from harming Hotaru, especially after it is revealed that Hotaru is truly Sailor Saturn. During this part of the series, we see very little of Sailor Neptune. She, and the other Outers, show up usually in time to see the inner senshi defeat the daimon and save the crystal heart of the current victim. Besides voicing their opinions that Hotaru must die, not much else is shown involving the trio. In episode 123, Mistress 9, the Messiah of Silence, awakens inside Hotaru's body. Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus are shocked to find that the Messiah of Silence wasn't Sailor Saturn after all. The outer senshi decide to launch an attack on Mugen High, the location of the Death busters Nest and Mistress 9. They arrive by helicopter, which is blown to bits by the daimon's guarding the school. Sailor Pluto uses her forbidden attack, Time Stop, to save Neptune and Uranus from death, placing them inside the death buster’s nest, before allowing herself to be destroyed in the explosion. Shocked at the supposed death of their friend, the pair vows to destroy the death busters and head into the building. Here the pair fight with Professor Tomoe's daimon containers. Just as they are about to be defeated, Sailor Pluto's voice echoes in the air, "Talismans." The Aqua Mirror and the Space Sword appear and Neptune and Uranus use them to kill the daimon and continue further into the nest.
They arrive just in time to find that Mistress 9 has kidnapped Sailor Moon and is attempting to get the Holy Grail from her. Sailor Neptune and Uranus tell Sailor Moon that if she hands over the grail all is lost. They tell her they will never forgive her if she does so and that she has no right to make that decision because she is not the messiah. Sailor Moon, however, is convince by Hotaru's voice to hand over the grail. Once this happens, Mistress 9, who had only been using the child, suppress Hotaru once again, and claims to have killed her. She destroys the Holy Grail, making the passageway for Pharaoh 90 to enter to world complete. Here Sailor Neptune and Uranus accept defeat. The grail has been destroyed and there seems to be no stopping Mistress 9 and Pharaoh 90 from exacting the silence over the Earth. Sailor Moon, however, refuses to give up. She believes in Hotaru, and eventually this belief turns into a reality, as Sailor Saturn destroys Mistress 9 and awakens inside Hotaru’s body. Sailor Saturn tells Sailor Moon that she will sacrifice herself to save the world. Sailor Moon tells Saturn to let her be the sacrifice, but Saturn points her glaive at Moon's face and tells Sailor Moon that without the Holy Grail she does not have enough power to double henshin. Only Super Sailor Moon would have enough power to stop the silence. Then she back flips into the growing silence and begins to battle with Pharaoh 90. At this point, Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus are furious with Sailor Moon for causing the silence to happen. Sailor Moon begins to cry, desperately trying to henshin into Super Sailor Moon. Finally, after a number of tries, the other senshi lend Sailor Moon their power and she becomes Super Sailor Moon. She leaps into the silence to help Sailor Saturn. Because she does this, Saturn is reborn and Super Sailor Moon is left holding a baby when the silence and pharaoh 90 are destroyed. In episode 126, Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus take baby Hotaru from Super Sailor Moon's arms and leave. They eventually return the baby to Professor Tomoe, who remembers nothing about his time with the death busters. Then the pair prepare for their final mission.
Michiru and Haruka tell Usagi that she is unfit to be the future Neo-Queen Serenity and that her actions during the battle with the death busters almost destroyed the world. She tells them that she might be a cry-baby but she feels what she did was right and she asks the pair to change their position. They counter by telling Usagi that she must make them change their position. They transform into Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus. The other inner senshi quickly transform, telling the two Outers that if it's a dual they want a dual they'll get. The inners completely support Usagi's decision and want to make the outer senshi pay for insulting her. Usagi doesn't want to see anyone fight and she too transforms into Sailor Moon. Tuxedo Kamen tells the inner senshi that Sailor Moon must fight this battle alone, and the inners conceded. Thus, the battle between Sailor Moon, Sailor Neptune, and Sailor Uranus begins. At first, the two-on-one battle clearly favours the outer senshi. They attack Sailor Moon with a fury and eventually, Sailor Neptune comes up from behind Moon and grabs her arms, holding her place. Uranus then dashes forward to finish off Sailor Moon with a head on physical attack. At the last moment, however, Sailor Moon's brooch flashes with light, she escapes, and the two outer senshi go tumbling down as Uranus crashes into Neptune. Immediately after, Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus bow to Sailor Moon, who at this point is utterly confused. The outer senshi thank Sailor Moon for showing them her true power. They then tell her that they have completed their final mission and have found the true messiah. To this Sailor Moon asks who the messiah is. Neptune and Uranus simply smile at each other before leaving. The pair then leaves town in Haruka's car, driving off to into the sunset. Sailor Neptune returns in episode 167, the first episode of Sailor Moon Stars. Michiru and Haruka have just left the aquarium, when they are attacked by Nehelenia's mirrors. Sailor Pluto arrives, with baby Hotaru, and tells Michiru and Haruka to transform, which they do. This is the last time that we see Sailor Neptune's transformation sequence. The enemies are strong and nearly defeat the three outer senshi, until Hotaru suddenly powers the three up and they become super senshi. The stronger senshi defeat the mirror enemies, but quickly recognize that they have a new mission.
Later in episode 170, Sailor Neptune and Sailor Mars become paired off in Nehelenia's world, after a broken mirror splits up the senshi. Sailor Neptune and Mars have a small intuition battle, a trait both are known for, and eventually Mars gives in and follows Neptune. The pair is surrounded by fire, and while Mars flips out, Neptune calming tells Nehelenia that they are not fooled by her mirages. The fire vanishes, but Nehelenia takes Neptune captive. Mars arms her flame sniper, but Nehelenia pulls Neptune close, so that she will be hit before Nehelenia is. Stuck in a dilemma, Mars drops her arrow. Neptune pleads with Mars, telling her that one of them must stay alive to save Usagi. Mars then launches her arrow, and succeeds in hitting Nehelenia, who turns out to be only a mirror image. Both senshi pass out and are captured in the mirrors. As the mini-series versus Nehelenia comes to a close, Neptune helps Eternal Sailor Moon to heal the Dark Moon Queen and send her back to the past for another chance to live her life the way she should have. At this point Sailor Neptune appears only a few episodes. Towards the end of the series, however, she and her partner Uranus, appear more frequently, especially in the battle against Galaxia. In episode 196, Michiru and Haruka are the first to leave the shrine after Galaxia's invasion, and head to Galaxy TV, Galaxia's base. They meet up with Hotaru and Setsuna, who both feel that between the four strongest outer senshi, one of them would be able to defeat Galaxia. The next time we see the Outers, they are walking through the television station. They arrive at a room with multiple TV screens where they witness the deaths of the inner senshi. In episode 197, Chibi-Chibi's power allows the Outers to pull Sailor Moon and Starlights from Galaxia's throne room. Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune head to Galaxia's throne room to defeat her. Sailor Neptune's deep submerge attack is blown away at the swipe of Galaxia's arm. She easily stops Haruka's space sword as well, cracking the blade with her bare hands. Sailor Pluto and Sailor Saturn arrive just in time to stop Galaxia from taking Neptune and Uranus's star seeds.
Galaxia, however, quickly defeats all four outer senshi. She offers them a choice, die or surrender their star seed and work for her. Sailor Pluto and Saturn immediately say they would never work for Galaxia. Uranus, however, expresses interest saying, "Working under Galaxia and becoming wild doesn't seem too bad. If I can be with you, I won't hesitate to sell my soul to the devil." Neptune is flattered and agrees. The two surrender their star seeds to Galaxia, and receive her power in exchange. Galaxia then orders Sailor Neptune and Uranus to take the star seeds from Sailor Pluto and Saturn. Pluto asks Neptune and Uranus why they are doing what they doing. Neptune replies, "You know why," and Uranus says, "This is how we fight." She and Neptune then take Saturn and Pluto's star seeds. The two outer senshi simply close their eyes and accept their deaths. Sailor Moon and the Starlights arrive just in time to see Saturn and Pluto fade away. Sailor Moon cannot believe that Neptune and Uranus are on Galaxia's side. Episode 198 begins with Uranus and Neptune having a short conversation with Moon, in which she tells the Outers to stop, they are friends. Neptune and Uranus laugh and tell Sailor Moon that they will take her star seed before she feels any pain, because they are friends. Sailor Moon tells Neptune and Uranus that she still believes in them. Galaxia then tells Neptune and Uranus to wait. She asked Sailor Moon if she still believes that the planet will be saved. Moon replies that she does, and Galaxia tells her new minions to show Sailor Moon reality. Uranus uses her new power to plunge Usagi into a dream world where she is told by her friends that the battle is over and that everything was just part of the plan to defeat Galaxia. The dream doesn't last long and Sailor Moon awakens to find herself inside Galaxy TV, however, Moon still believes her dream was reality and rushes Uranus asking her about the plan. Uranus replies by slapping Sailor Moon. The starlights then arrive, awakened from their dreams, and Uranus sarcastically asks them if they enjoyed their nap. Fighter tells Uranus that her power comes from Galaxia.
Neptune then steps out of the shadows, looking as cute as can be I might add and says, and “Those words don't sound like you want to beat Galaxia. Do you think you can defeat Galaxia if you can't beat us." Uranus insults Fighter, who attacks Uranus and manages to land a punch in her stomach. Uranus is surprised and softly says, "You can do it alright," before punching Fighter and sending her flying across the room. Neptune and Uranus then both simultaneously attack, yelling "Deep Submerge," and "World Shaking." They practically blow the roof off of Galaxy TV, sending the starlights and Sailor Moon flying to the roof. Galaxia reappears and tells Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus to take their star seeds. The two senshi lift their arms in the air, ready to follow Galaxia's commands. Suddenly their eyes turn from glazed over to normal and together they turn around and send their attack at Galaxia. Galaxia, however, does not have a star seed, and Uranus and Neptune's attack fails. Galaxia is surprised that the senshi of Earth were strong enough to resist her control. She laughs, as if she enjoyed the deception, and removes Neptune and Uranus's bracelets. Neptune and Uranus except their fate - they are going to die and they are going to hell for betraying their friends, even if for the right reasons. They fall to the floor, and Fighter yells at Uranus that they can't just leave Sailor Moon. Uranus turns her head as she falls so that she is looking at the starlights and Sailor Moon. She says, "Fighter what you're trying to protect isn't space, peace, and the future, is it? From now on you want to protect her..." As they fade away, Neptune and Uranus struggle to reach out and touch each other's hands. They succeed in doing so for a moment, before they vanished, leaving Sailor Moon to cry for her lost friends. Sailor Neptune returns at the end of episode 200 after Sailor Moon has freed Galaxia from the grips of Chaos. It is here she tells Usagi that the world was saved because of her.

Guardian Animal Player name/nickname: Luna
Sample Post: Luna trotted into Usagi's room. As usual, she found her lazy master drooling all over her homework. With a frusterated groan, Luna leapt up onto the desk. Luna sat there for a few moments, and then decided to wake her up, no matter WHAT dreams of Mamoru she was having. "Usagi...WAKE UP!" She screeched into the odango's ear.
Name: Luna
Species: Cat
Human Companion: Usagi/Serenity
Way of Speech (does it use telepathy, normal speech, or a different type all together?): Normal speech
Approximate Age: 5000 years? At an estimate?
Weight: I don't know that one. ^^;;
Height (at shoulder): At an estimate, about 1 1/2 feet?
Eye Color: Blue
General Appearance: Black cat with blue eyes and a crescent moon on her forehead.
Personality: Responsible and willing to help out, sometimes naggy like a mother. She cares deeply for Artemis.
Phobias/Fears: Dogs

Favorite Food: Salmon
Favorite Color: Purple and yellow
Other Favorites: Loves to eat jellybeans. ((ooc, I know, but it's me!))
Dislikes: Dogs, canned tuna
Strengths: Very agile.
Element of Influence: Candy. Yes, candy. From PGSM.
Planet/Star (Origin): Planet Mau
Weaknesses (Physical): When balls go bouncing by, she loves to chase them. Pepper makes her sneeze and turn back into a cat.
Weaknesses (Element): Her candy wand isn't exactly an element, so she's at a disadvantage to all the elements.
Natural Abilities (if it's a dragon, it probably naturally breaths fire or conducts electricity. If it's a cat, it has claws and teeth. A snake may be poisonous. Ect...): Claws and teeth.
Powers (limited to 2 unless otherwise discussed with the Officers):
Transformation(s) (if it has any): Can transform into a human
General Body Description (if it transforms to something, does its body change in any way? Be descriptive!): As a human, she grows long black hair with odangos, and she wears a yellow and black dress. Her crescent moon still shows. But PGSM human Luna is a young girl with blue hair and a tail, and she prefers to wear purple and yellow. PGSM Luna can turn into a senshi as well. (Sailor Luna)
Background Luna came with Artemis to the Silver Millenium from Planet Mau. That is all that is known. Read "The History of Luna and Artemis" for more details.
