The sun is shining
The wind is blowing
I feel the sun warm on my back.

My feet in the water
Surrounded by beauty
I jump in without turning back.

First I pick and step
And I’m cautious
But I soon forget all of that.

I’m laughing and singing
I’m playing and splashing
I’m lost in what I’m looking at.

The water is cold
But I don’t care
I’m having too much fun to see.

I swim to the shore
And I sit there and laugh
At this feeling growing inside of me.

I revel in the moment
Let the sun warm my skin
And the water is so cold that I steam.

The world just stops
Everything else can wait
Because I never want to wake from this dream.

Very nicely done. One thing this stanza:
I’m laughing and singing
I’m playing and splashing
I’m lost in what I’m looking at.

I didn't really like. Maybe something like

As I laugh and sing,
I play around in the water.
I get lost in my surroundings.

Very good though. You don't have to take my advice ^^''.
