And this is a problem ...... why?
Oh right, cause it refreshes the image of Russia's military strength in the eyes of those who are thinking about trying to meddle in the affairs of another nation. Moscow is reminding the world that it, not the U.S., the U.N., or the E.U., is the government of Russia, and it alone will set policy for that nation. Its flying in the face of everyone who thinks no nation has any right to do anything without the consent of the International community. Whatever are those who want National sovereignty to go the way of the dinosaur going to do?
Honestly, Russia testing its own weapons within its own borders is nothing to be concerned about, unless you're planning to mess with them, or fear that they are going to attack you next. If its the latter, you need to examine WHY they would want to attack you, and try to do something about it.
