Like What? What did he Add? A few unneeded billions Can I get names of these acts please? One could be the War on Drugs, but that is Nothing Compared to the ones passed by congress... Over a trillion is nothing?

No you didn't I stated War on Drugs, you just used vaguely said his proposed Budget, and acceptable answer would have been the few things that were on the list of his budget. For an Example I asked what he needed you wrote: Will Winter What about the billion Reagan demanded and didn't get? Plus if he never gotten them, He never spent them. And Then Will Winter Doesn't change Reagan also added big time to the budget. On What? Did he Steal this money and take it to his Grave? Again on what? WillWintter You want to know, why don't you get the numbers to prove me wrong about the budget? As Soon as You Show me What He Spent it on Sure his Bidget was his wasn't in the Trillions. Clintons Was High too Plus Bush I and Bush II  I Drew a Red Line where his Term ended in 1988, But Bush I's Budget was high, and Clintons was Just as High if not higher (Slightly) than Reagan

graduated income tax does not punish achievement. People rich and poor pay the same percentage on their income in each bracket.
