I'll try my best to help sweatdrop

Crops, milk and eggs will most likely be your main source of income. Fishing also helps. So does having a seedmaker. I had about 9 apple trees in AWL and was completely overloaded with apples. So, I'd convert them to seeds and sell them to Van since you can sometimes haggle with him.

Foraging and mining helps, too. Take some time out of the day (maybe not everyday, but you know what I mean) to look around the Valley for items like flowers, mushrooms (Fall), mugwart (spring), etc.

Plus once you get a fishing rod, you can ship/sell them, too.

That's about all the help i can give you. Hopefully it's useful sweatdrop

Maybe this is a cheater's way of making it, but I do know that if you plug a gamecube controller into the third player controller slot and press start, you get plenty of gold...like, 100,000 gold or around there. Just don't do it too much, or you will be unable to save your game or something like that.

That worked in AnWL, I'm not positive it'll work in AWL, but it's worth a shot!

And if you're not the cheating type but like to take care of your animals, if you can afford the extra dollar, then go for feeding your cows Good Fodder. It works amazingly, soon enough you'll have Grade A and even Grade S (the highest grade!) milk, which ship for a lot more than Grade B. It's also worth it to buy a milk and butter machine, because processed foods always ship for more than regular milk.

The controller cheats don't work in AWL. You can make a lot of money selling at least Grade A banana seeds, but it takes a year. And you actually get better milk in Winter, so plan so that your cow gives birth in Fall. What works best is if you dedicate your time to fishing. Buy a fishing rod from Van, and go to the waterfall and just fish all day after you've fed your animals. You can get a lot of money like that if you get a lot of fish.
