"Asuma-Sensei! Come on, we don't have time to deal with him. Getting to base is our priority! I'll call my sister and she can deal with him!" She yelled at Asuma, once he had reappeared. She fired a small blast of her reiatsu at the ceiling, boring a hole through the wall to escape from.
"Come on, sensei!" She crouched before she leaped, grabbing onto the scaffolding and bringing herself out. She ran along the roof, hopping off the wall to the front entrance of the compound. She grabbed something from her pocket and pressed it hard. Somewhere where she was, Feiy was getting a call.

Growling as Eme called for him, Hogosha quickly sprang forward, hitting the wall with his feet and launching himself towards the hole Eme had created, using the jump as speed. After he had cleared the hole, Hogosha appeared next to her. "Well, let's get going then." Taking a somber mood as he had to leave the Privaron behind, Hogosha shook his head, sighing. I'm becoming more like him every day...
And what the hell is wrong with becoming more like me, ya jackass!
Great. Now Asuma was pissed off at him. Just what he needed. Ever since their zanpaktou spirit, Koshiro, had been killed, Asuma had just kept getting edgier and edgier. Honestly now, he could at least lighten up. With a scowl, Hogosha ignored him, as he looked over to Eme. "Head for twelfth. Whether or not you make it first, go through the gate. If I'm not already there, then I'll meet you on Earth."
And with that, Hogosha disappeared, leaving behind a slight cloud of black smoke.

Aerin Itonami Aerin Itonami walked up to the door to the Captain's office, he knocked lightly and twisted the door handle lightly as he pushed in while his hand still laid on the handle, the door opened quietly as the wind from the outside blue his silver hair lightly, his bangs more the anything due to them being more free then the rest of his hair due to his headband holding it all down, his dark ocean blue eyes showed in between his silver hair. Aerin looked around for the absent captain and spoke lightly as he scanned the room for him. "Captain?" Aerin said as he stood there, Higure Tenshi was strapped to his back held there by a midnight blue sash, the midnight blue hilt with wraps could be seen behind his right shoulder blade. Aerin stood and waited smiling happily.Squad Six - Fourth Seat

Ryan slid open the door that was set into one wall, coming out of his small sleeping space and pulling his haori on over his standard human clothes. He was wearing those all too often now...oh well, they're comfortable. Looking over to the door, he saw..."Aerin Itonami, my new fourth seat." Taking a seat behind his desk, he looked at some papers he'd left in his drawer regarding the newcomer. "Recorded as extremely proficient in your first three months, and I've kept my eye on you ever since...even though we've had substantial confusion over the past few years. You brought a lot to the table in your training battles, from what I remember - it made me revise a few specific battle strategies that were taught in the Academy."
Ryan looked back up at Aerin. "Did you ever wonder how your training opponents were so quickly able to counteract your variations in the strategies you were taught? I always look for those who analyze strategies and put their own spin on it...some students are able to make their own minor variations, but when the variations become particularly effective is when it catches my eye." Reaching into the same drawer, Ryan placed the basic standard-issue Field Combat Analysis Device (( it's like a scouter )) on his desk, looking at it than at Aerin. "That is why you are here, Aerin. It is the 11th Squad's job to carry out the main combat...and it is our job to guide them, and to guide the rest of the squads. The Gotei 13 is like the human body, and we are its brain - more specifically, we are the frontal lobe, making the decisions and orchestrating all parts of the body to work effectively and in order. Other squads may claim their importance..."
Ryan unlocked a drawer below the one he had taken the papers out of. Inside of it was a rolled-up sheet, and Ryan placed this on the desk, unrolling it. It was a scaled map of the Sereitei, with arrows, symbols, and positions written all over it. All the arrows pointing inward branched from 12th Division, and from there there were alterations, revisions, places where some arrows had been scribbled out and rerouted, other places that had been circled and marked. This was something Ryan would keep for study - it was his own personal copy of his grand strategy, the strategy that had re-taken Soul Society from the forces of Las Noches.
"...but none are more important than us."

Aerin Itonami Aerin smiled, and shook his head he seen the captain in normal clothing, that was somewhat of a bad sign, some may say, though it simply amused him. "Some of them had trouble after I twisted and combined my own strategy into the ones where taught, some times they where figured out, but more often then none I caught many off guard." Aerin said as he answered his captain as he then listened, he looked at the device that lay on his desk and then watched the captain as he pulled out a rolled up map and then as he un raveled it and seen all the different sized arrows and such. "And because we are the most important Squad is the main reason why I've always wanted to join here, and made it my duty to train so that I may one day join, sooner then the others in my class, which I've achieved, now all that is left is a slightly higher rank, and all the pawns will fall before my blade until I reach it."
Aerin said, he was rather confident of this in fact, some people liked that about him, others despised it deeply, but none the less it was something he could not change about him, he could, but he would rather like himself then change to please someone else, after all, he was the one who had to live with himself. Aerin looked at his captain, and then the map as he took one step forward and noticed where he had scribbled out some of the arrows and then redirected them. "I see here lately your Tactics have been somewhat in a haze of confusion, such errors express that." Aerin said as he studied the map quietly and then looked back up at his captain.
"Captain, I want to progress here, and the first step in doing that is, well being trained, I'd like to learn something new, something that will challenge me, something the academy had a hard time doing for months on end, I mean I admire them for trying but they failed ever so miserably." Aerin said with a confident smile as he awaited his answer and returned his eyes back to the map of strategy's and tactics of his squad. Squad Six - Fourth Seat

"Confusion..." Ryan looked at the map, then at Aerin. "No, that is not confusion. This strategy was a successful one - the confusion you see is the reality of battle. A strategy is constructed on ideals, but one must always be prepared for the unexpected, for combat is hardly controlled. Some units may be slow, some may require redirection, sometimes the enemy might change something up on the fly. In human combat, it may be more inconsequential...but in this sort of combat, a rearrangement can be nearly instantaneous. I jab, my opponent parries. All one must remember is a famous quote from a famous singer: you can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes you get what you need."
Ryan then stood, stepping around the desk. "As for a challenge...perhaps you should be introduced to the sort of things you will face as a member of the Gotei 13. The first thing you should have is your shikai release...though, did they ever tell you at the Academy how that is obtained?"

Aerin Itonami "I understand, battles are never predictable." Aerin spoke as he looked at the map and then at the rising captain. "If they did, I didn't catch it, I'd assume it's rather difficult though." Aerin said as he looked at his captain then touched the bottom of Higure Tenshi. Squad Six - Fourth Seat

Ryan simply tilted his head slightly, walking past Aerin. "Perhaps...it depends on what you mean by difficult. The path to obtain shikai could also be seen as quite easy, especially when compared with other paths...but the exact path..."
Ryan took another step toward the door. "I will show you. Follow me to the training ground and you will learn what is required of you."

Aerin Itonami "None the less, this is just another path required of me." Aerin said as he listened to his captain speak, he then spoke again as the captain walked out. "Very well." Aerin said as he followed closely behind his captain to the training grounds.

@ Mazar
Yes, the Squad still exists, I'm the current VC at the moment but due to computer troubles that haven't been resolved yet...nor do I know when they will, I can't exactly be online often enough at the moment to make the Squad go anywhere. Thank you for your interest though! Your best bet would be to send Lord Setar, the current Squad Captain a PM on the subject. He should be able to get to your PM fairly quickly.
