What: Party/Picnic in TownsWhen: Saturday August 30, 2008 starting at 5 pm Eastern Daylight Time (NY)
and again at 9 pm EDT(If you need to convert times between zones, try http://www.timezoneconverter.com/cgi-bin/tzc.tzc.) AND Monday Sept. 01, 2008 starting at 8 pm Eastern Daylight Time (NY)
Where: 2 Barton 001009 ... that's the top right corner when you first click on the Towns directory. Once there, meet on the Chessboard.The idea is to meet up in Towns, hang out, maybe run around spreading the word of Trigun to unsuspecting Gaians. Last time we said to wear red. Or you can carry a red balloon (I have extras if you need them). Or wear a tie around your head (glamrock headband).I will try to be there at each of the three start times, and I'll probably keep popping back there as often as I can on Sat and Monday. I don't know what Neko has planned, but I hope she'll be around too. EXTRA Challenge: Look through the Guild Member list and pick a new friend. Contact them and agree to meet up during the Event. mrgreen

I'm going to be late ... promised some friends that I'd go to "Clone Wars" today, and of course the cheap show overlaps our first meeting time. *headdesk*

I hate my family. I can never predict when I'm going to be able to be online, and I'm not in the same time zone as most Guild members anyway.
Sorry guys, but I'm not doing this again. Nobody will give me any input on what times work for them, so I try to select something at random and then nobody shows.
If you like to hang out in Towns, feel free to make a thread advertising your own parties. Maybe it will work better if someone is hosting at their House, so they can greet people and be there the whole time.
