Hey there.
I've had my bunny for almost nine years now.
He's been one of the greatest pets I've ever had. He's extremely affectionate to me; takes food out of my mouth, comes to me when he's loose to be pet..DEMANDS that you pet him, lol. He's fantastic with other animals, loves to meet other critters. Overall he's just really amazing.
Or...was....amazing.
Somethings wrong. He seems nervous now. When I have him loose he goes under the couch and when I put my hand under and talk to him, he runs away.. he use to run up to me to be touched, I could get him out no problem. Even tonight, I went to pet him and he grunted and scratched at me twice before hopping out of reach and staring at me with fear.
What the hells going on?
8 years of unconditional love and now total rejection?
It's extremely heartbreaking. I'm going to try and spend as much time as I can with him to see if I can turn it around but I'm really worried that this is an age thing and hes completely confused and losing it.
Please tell me Im wrong.
