I can say that OHSHC is one of my favourite animes...maybe in the top 5 or so, but Blood+ is my #1 fav. Ever heard of it?

Well, it's about a girl who finds out that she's not even human. She was founded during the Vietnam War time and they are trying to stop her twin sister who's technically killing humans and making them into monsters. It's pretty gory. I'd recommend this to people who like vampires, even though it's not about vampires.
