I always keep pondering the "what if's" of Hellboy. Like what if Liz hadn't left? Or what if Hellboy was raised on Three Musketeers instead of Babe Ruth? If you had it your way, how would you rearrange the movies or comics?
For one I'd let Nuala live. I was really upset when she died, poor Abe never gets a break.

This thread was a great idea.
SPOILERS.
I always wondered how the team could have killed Katha-Hem without the Hyperborean artifact Liz found.
They would be deeeaaaaad. Even those F-18s wouldn't help and that's saying something.
I also always wondered what it would have been like for Daimio if he hadn't become a were-jaguar. Probably boring soldier stuff.

I'd be curious to see a world where Hellboy ended up being reared by the Nazis - if he'd turned up where he should.
...actually, it's an awesome concept - the war ends, but there's a supernatural war going on behind the scenes still, Liz and Abe Sapien facing off against Herman Von Klempt and his demonic cyborg 'Der Hölle-Junge'

You're gonna hafta translate that last bit of German for me my good man. Do you mean the gorilla? I thought they called him a kriegaffe.
Actually, I know a couple of exclamations in German, like mein Gott. Gotta love the old WWII movies.

I sorta wonder what it would be like if Abe was still psychic or whatever, but without the fishman look :/ Somehow I think that'd be weirder than if he wasn't a fishman.
Or what if Hellboy still had the Right Hand of Doom, but wasn't red and demony?

Abe as a human:  As fr the Hand, I don't know. I don't know if a human could carry it. If HB was a human, I imagine he'd look like Ron Perlman with different hair. Darker and straighter, probably. Ooh, what if Daryl never went crazy? What if he just sat there like a nice monster and looked at his Polaroid?

Because lets face it, why'd you implant cybernetics into a gorrila, when you've got a demon handy?
