I know this is boring but I was just thinking about it one night. Has anyone else wondered if as the characters got older their animals got older? I mean if the curse wasn't broken by the time Hiro was like 20 would he have grown horns?

I'm pretty sure that they don't, because Kagura is still a small boar, and she would have been an adult one at her age. The curse was weakening too, that was the reason why Hatori was a little sea dragon instead of a big dragon.
