Yep they've been released for a while now. But I don't think their the "official" names yet. Unofficial was more like it so that people could make doujinshis for the series. Otherwise, I would suspect special events would (possibly) occur if they were the real names.
I see, that would make it easier for Doujinshi artists if that were the case. I don't know about special events, but so far people just call the characters by these names, so I just follow suit.
