I started a new babysit job (less then a month) and i really like one guy i am working with. he is the private teacher of the child i am baby sit for. at our first meeting he only talked about the child, in the next meeting it was the same. It is hard to make him talk about stuff not job related.
any tips how to flirt with him? or just make friendly conversation?

you will just have to start up the conversation. ask about him, and his interests. or about news or just something that's not kid related. and if doesn't want to talk about anything and seems reluctant he might not be interested.

I haven't give up hope yet. the girl i babysit for said she thinks painter doesn't want to see jobs of others, it's really take me to competitive place with the guy. so, i think she is right so, i should give it another try...
