With the Akutsuki's plan taken root, so has the dawn of a new era. In the year After Moon(A.M.) 7 what little resistance was thought to be dead, and the entire earth was ensnared by the eye of an evil man. And after twenty years of communist and socialist oppression the tyrant known as Madara Uchiha has died, and I knew, even worse villain has taken the thrown. Armed with the same eye that enslaved humanity, the new ruler of earth is ensuring that everyone knows it. At this point in time there is no free speech, no free thought, no free movement, the earth is trapped in a genjutsu and cannot escape, the only people who still cling to their individuality are either immune to it, or are in constant fear of being caught in the light.

Since the moons eye plan has been put in place there are no Bijuu.
