"Please name the member and why they deserve (or have received) a warning. Remember that non-crew members can read this, though they are not able to post or vote. If worst comes to worst, we can take the member to the poll and see what the guild has to say. However, we will not go to polling UNTIL we have a serious problem (that the rules do not command to have the member banished).
