well my opinion is that when a person gets really really horny to the point where everything they talk about is related to sex in some way or thats all they're focused on ... thats when they are being a perv

it is when someone can say something with no sexual meaning what-so-ever and your mind automatically sees the sexual content.
for example:
Johnny is coming today after school.
when they say this they are meaning that johnny will be going to a certain location after school.
to a perverted person this means: johnny is going to release his load and c** after school.

I think the line should be drawn when it could become dangerous for someone.
Eg a younger person being advanced upon by an older person.

Not really I am well and truely over the age of consent. I mean like 13 year olds with 30 year olds. That is like dangerous and stuff.

One other thing that should be remembered, is that in Shakespearean times it was common for a 13 year old girl to be married, to a 30 year old man and have a kid by that time... so is it really that bad given this view point?

One other thing that should be remembered, is that in Shakespearean times it was common for a 13 year old girl to be married, to a 30 year old man and have a kid by that time... so is it really that bad given this view point? sex can be dangerous simply because of the fact of rape. rape is sex. and even if the people are both 15 or something it can be dangerous. mentally and physically. and yes in the old time it was common for that but also relize that alot of the time the girl didnt want to be married. it was all arranged.
