Alright let me bring you up on the story, before I show you the video.

At WWE event Over The Edge, wrestler Owen Hart who was preforming as the Blue Blazer was sposed to make a special entrance by repealing down to the ring using a harness that was station about 80-100 feet above ground. when he repeled the harness malfunctioned and he fell all the way and slammed chest first into the ring turnbuckle killing him.

Ever since people have reposrted seeing him up in the rafters in his Blue Blazer outfit , and also that some lights flicker with power sources going off and on

Here is a video from a recent WWE event where you can susposedly see Owen's ghost up in the rafters. I can diffenatly see two things that look like feet and something that looks like a head.

That was sort of weird. I think it might have been his ghost. Who knows really.
