I haven't EV-trained any of my pokemon but I do want to. I'm just confused as to how, I've read things but I'm a bit lost. Also, yes, I realise that I've two OU, two BL and two UU, but I love them all equally! Nickname: Howl MILOTICNature: Bold Ability: Marvel Scale Item: Leftovers (*) Surf Ice Beam Confuse Ray Recover I used to have Dragon Pulse instead of Confuse Ray for type coverage, but then I realised I was using a wall as a special sweeper and it was really a waste of his defence. I re-bred him with a better nature (he was previously Brave) and tried out Confuse Ray. I know Hypnosis is often recommended, but I don't like the accuracy. I haven't been using this set for very long but I like it so far. Nickname: Ragnarok GARCHOMPNature: Jolly Ability: Sand Veil Item: Yache Berry Swords Dance Earthquake Dragon Claw Fire Fang Nickname: Gaia LEAFEONNature: Adamant Ability: Leaf Guard Item: ? Toxic Leaf Blade X-Scissor Aerial Ace I don't know why people would waste Leafeon's stats on baton passing just because of her shallow move pool. I pretty much made this up myself and it really works out. Nickname: Sophie MILTANKNature: Impish Ability: Scrappy Item: Leftovers (*) Body Slam Brick Break Milk Drink Heal Bell Slightly unhappy with this. I have a lot of options, but I don't know where to go. Nickname: Cerberus HOUNDOOMNature: Timid Ability: Flash Fire Item: ? Flamethrower Dark Pulse Nasty Plot Will-O-Wisp Nickname: Narcisse GARDEVOIRNature: Modest Ability: Trace Item: ? This guy's only level forty-something, so I'vent used him yet and he isn't old enough to learn everything he can. I have a few sets in mind, but it could go anywhere! Here's what I was thinking: Thunderbolt (definitely want, especially when I have no other electric attacks in my party) Thunder Wave Hypnosis and here I'm either thinking Psychic for immediate psychic-type attack, or Dream Eater for attack AND recovery. I don't know! He still has the egg moves Will-O-Wisp (but I've that on my puppy) and Shadow Ball. (*) I only have one Leftovers on my person, sadly. I've been looking for Munchlax, but haven't found one yet. I'd really love some more. I don't know what to do with this item when I'm using both Pokemon at once.

Milotic - It has a rather decent moveset, though I personally opted for a Careful Nature with the move Mirror Coat as many like to attack with Electric attacks at this pokemon. But reinforcing it's physical defense (like what you've done) isn't too bad of an idea either.
Garchomp - Seems like a standard sweeper 'chomp. A focus sash could work just as well for this set as it'll allow you to set up at least one swords dance before you proceed to rip through your opponent's team.
Leafeon - The reason I used Baton Pass on my Leafeon was for setting up Swords Dance for other pokemon. I personally don't like to go with Toxic on these sort of pokes, Yawn, Swords Dance and Wish seem like they could work just as well, but if Toxic is your thing all power to you. For a fourth attack, the typical Quick Attack or Return could just as easily be used as well.
Miltank - I'd opt for the removal of Brick Break. Curse or Hammer Arm would both be better move to fill that spot with. And a general replacement for Body Slam would be Return, though that's moreless an exchange of a chance of Paraylsis for more Power.
Houndoom - Looks like your standard Special Sweeper. Not much else I can say about it.
Gardevoir - I personally don't like the spread, but I suppose Hypnosis, Thunder Wave, Psychic and Thunderbolt could but used effectly for your team. And if your concerned with Hypnosis' accuracy, you could always try using a Zoom Lens to fix that (seeing how you don't have much Leftovers to spread around anyways). My only complaint about Dream Eater is that it requires setting up and on top of that, you don't get any STAB bonuses for doing so, and as such, really isn't worth your time unless you just have the extra move slots to experiment.
Overall, the team looks good, though I'd be weary when facing off against Flying, Bug and Dragon types as those seem to be your team's main weaknesses. Also, what don't you know about EV training?

[ Wer sich zum Schaf macht, ]
Milotic: I personally don't like moves such as Mirror Coat and Counter, too much gambling for me.
Garchomp: Seeing as Garchomp's my only Pokemon with a 400% weakness to anything, he really needs that Yache berry. It's unfortunate, because that looked like a good idea.
Leafeon: Well, Yawn and Wish are both breeding moves and, at level 76 and a decent nature--also being female with such a low gender ratio--I'm not starting her over. I used to have Swords Dance instead of Toxic, but even though I have it on my Garchomp, I'm just not a big fan of the move. I don't want to use her as support.
Miltank: Hmm. I'd have to re-breed her, as both Hammer Arm and Curse are egg moves, but...Curse seems AWESOME (I really didn't get it at first, just researched it), but I definitely want Body Slam for STAB and paralysis (it's just a wicked move, really) and Heal Bell for support...Milk Drink is obvious but the bother is that, being Scrappy, her having a Fight-type move means she can take out Spiritomb which is badass. That, and I've no other Fight-type moves in my party. I don't know what to sacrifice. I'm considering kicking Milk Drink, but seeing as it's her signature move, I'm wary. I'd like her to stick around all battle long as support with Heal Bell for the rest of my pokes.
Would this work? Curse Hammer Arm/Brick Break Body Slam Heal Bell
I think I'll try it out, because I can always have her re-learn Milk Drink.
Gardevoir: I'll definitely use a Zoom Lens. I don't know what you mean about the lack of STAB, Dream Eater is Psychic and so is Gardevoir. Clarify? But yeah, I think I'll be going with Psychic instead.
I don't know what you mean about my flying, bug and dragon worries. I have at least one supereffective attack for every type out there and my only 400% weakness is ice for my Garchomp. Even then, I've my Yache Berry and my Houndoom to take out Ice-types.
As far as EVs go, I really don't know...anything. I know you can use berries to lower stats (and I've dozens of berries), and certain items to boost gaining EVs, but I don't know how to work out the maths and figure out things such as "if I take this much away and give this much here and here..."...basically I could use on big lesson.

Many apologies about the late reply, I've been a bit busy lately.
Well, such SD strategies work wonders for my Garchomp as he is probably the second fastest pokemon on the team I have him on. I personally like the use of Swords Dance for 'chomp as there is little that can resist a Dragon/Fire/Ground moveset combonation.
Haha well, it seems like I forgot Dream Eater was a Psychic move and not a Ghost move. I suppose, I'm allowed to make a mistake every now and then.
Milk Drink really is necessarily for staying power and for recovering against any struggle give against you as you set up Curse, which is why I recommended only one or the other.
And to clarify your neutral weakness, your team may possess coverage moves against those types, Flying, Bug and Dragon-types are general speed demons in competitive play, and with moves like Draco Meteor and Brave Bird floating around that can be further beefed up via STAB, for not having any resistances to the types, those are the types you want to be sure to take down if given the chance. That's all I'm saying.
Concerning EV training, I'll let you read Koishii's little guide first, and any other questions you may have after that, I'll be sure to fill in the blanks for you.
