It wasn't long after they left that they arrived at the hospital. A young man grabbed her bag for her, and helped her into a wheelchair, while she said her goodbyes to Skye, and sent her on her way. This was something she was going to do alone this time...Someone had to stay home with the rest of the kids!

She was settled into the birthing room, and attatched to a machine monitering her contractions, and another montiering her heart rate. She was given an IV of cold water (Which made her arm feel really funny!), and another IV in her back, keeping her from feeling too much of the pain. It seemed like hours had gone by, and finally..
"It looks like it's time to go," came the doctor's voice as he was examining her. She could have told him that, the pain was becoming unbearable even with the drugs!
The propped her legs up, and leaned her back as best they could, but she had become very tense. She had done this before! Why was she so afraid now??!
"Alright, I want you to put your hands under your knees, and hold your legs up, and I want you to push on your next contraction, while I count to 10. Do not stop before I get to 10," he said, positioning himself at the end of her bed, while nurses busied themselves, getting ready to clean up the baby.
Flarie nodded, and did as he told, as the first contraction hit...

Ten minutes later, Flarie layed back in the bed crying. It was over! Finally! Wow..That epidural didn't do crap...except make her feel incredibly cold..
"Congratulations, it's a girl!" She heard, as the nurses cleaned her up. "A healthy baby girl."

She was so tired, all she could do was nod. "Girl..Good.."
She managed to gather up enough strength to hold the baby while she was being stitched up, but once they were through, and had taken Nelle off to the nursery screaming, She passed out right there on the bed...
