I would think so, unless DT's other work keeps him from it--in which case they might do SJA in it's place? That would be nice.
But I haven't heard anything official.
When will that air?

This was in DWM... DWM 399 Gallifrey Guardian Sadly, however, there'll be no special scene recorded for this year's Children In Need, as Russell T Davies tells DWM: "With the filming of Music Of The Spheres for the Proms concert, we were unable to record any special material for this year's Children In Need, much to our regret. The schedule was absolutely packed! So there's no Time Crash 2, I'm afraid. I thought it best to confirm this now, so people don't start building up expectations. However, we're still full of ideas - we hope to have some sort of presence on the actual night, in some shape or form, and there's a number of new and very different plans being discussed, to raise money for that wonderful cause. Nothing's been finalised yet, but we'll let you know as soon as possible. So there we go.

Aww.. anyways, they'd have to do a lot to outdo themselves this year, so maybe it's a good thing?

They can have the the surviving actors who played the Doctor come on stage in their costumes or something, but it would be hard since Tom and Peter don't like each other that much. xP

Apparently they are doing a contest for people to go on Sets of the TARDIS Sara Jane's attic and the Torchwood hub.

It doesn't have to be RTD, thoguh. Someone else could do something. Like with Silvester McCoy. He still looks original enough. Maybe SM and CE?
