I'm sure they do. I've been to conventions so small they only had about 200 people over the course of a weekend, and even they had tiny artists alleys. You should check the website just to be sure, though.

Relevant to my interests as it's my home con.
Generally, SacAnime's okay. Good for beginning artists. Their recently jacked up prices are outrageous, though. Larger cons can justify $50+ artist alleys because of their huge attendee numbers. There's no way in hell SacAnime can justify $40 for a table. If they keep that up, I'm sure they'll be seeing a decrease in artists :

Prices seem to be going up across the board for tables, though. Three of the four cons I'm planning for this year have had a price increase over last year (the fourth is free and probably will never change that). It feels like compensation for lower registration numbers thanks to the current economic situation, but I don't particularly enjoy being penalized for coming to try to make a little extra cash.
