If what I have said offended you...
In case you haven't heard I thought I would share this with you.
A power clean is where you have a weight on the ground. You put the bar to your shins, grab the weight, jump, flip your arms under the weight, and land on your feet catching the weight.

The poor guy in the below link screwed it up big time. This Hungarian competitor from the Olympics tried to power clean 148 kg which for those who don't know metric that is about 326 pounds. Anyway he tried to clean the weight, but when he got the weight above his head his elbow popped out of socket. He then couldn't hold the weight up so it dropped on him.

Rest in peace...OUCHERS!!! I would hate to be that guy. OOH, did you hear the story of the guy who s**t out his own intestines while he was lifting a weight? It was gruesome...although, they didn't really fall out of him...they were dangling there...makes me shudder just thinking about it. ...dirty blue.

Yeah I heard about that. He was doing a dead lift. It's where you have a hexagon shaped bar and you put weights on both sides. You stand in the center of the bar, grab the handles, and stand up with the weight. I think I remember hearing he was trying to dead lift over 1,000 pounds. eek

Atilla the Hun died of a nose bleed if I recall. He was sleeping and got a nose bleed. He choked on his blood and died. D:
