I noticed both of your OCs have their right eye covered up with hair. It might be to your benefit to have some of the far eye peeking through the hair. Perhaps in character design, only one of them should have their hair over their eye so that each character will have a noticeable unique trait. That's as far as my opinion goes.
Your coloring style is pretty clean, especially for colored pencils. Nice job on choosing different colors to mix in with the colored pencils.
However, with coloring with colored pencils, I'm sure you can add another layer or two of shading. For Kori's blue top, use purple for a shade. For Kain's brown jacket, use a combination of dark red and dark brown. The coloring on Kori's scarf is a bit scarce, so try laying down a bit more color.

Thank you for your amazingly magical critique. mrgreen The eye thing is something I'm trying to work on. Proportioning is something I tend to have problems with.

Definitely getting there! The lines are nice and clean, and the character design is cute, I especially love the outfit on the first, nice folds.
Like Kup said, don't be afraid to really lay on the color with colored pencils, it will give it nice rich tones, and don;t forget to use the white too! http://kitton.deviantart.com/art/tips-the-white-pencil-crayon-30644696
The anatomy and proportioning will come with practice, so don't despair there!
