The Industrial District is home to an abandoned factory and a power plant, as well as salvage and junkyards. The open fields of concrete and asphalt surrounding the district make it difficult to hide outside, but the factory and power plant are so large that you might search for an entire week before finding someone there-and that's if they're not hiding from you.
