~What do you need to know befor comeing wiccan (personal opion on this)
Here on Gaia, there are two schools of thought about this. Most places you go, people won't care, but there are quite a few here who believe that you *cannot* be Wiccan without being initiated into a lineaged coven. I disagree with this assesment, and instead call them two different types of Wicca. Traditional Wicca, which is the initiatory coven-based form, will be different than if you follow a Self-Dedicated Wicca through books and websites.
It is important to learn some of those differences; what sorts of things can reasonably be called Wicca and what things can't. The best website for this out there is
http://wicca.timerift.net/index.html Wicca for the Rest of Us. It outlines the core material you need to be considered Wiccan by most save the hardcore traditionalists. Wicca isn't anything you want it to be, and there are books out there that give that misimpression. Read a lot, keep a good head on your shoulders, and you'll be fine navigating it all.
~How do you tell a parent that has old school thinking and who says that he will support any religios dessicion i make but i dout that
You don't have to say anything. If you're under 18 especially (which I will assume you are) it is wise to avoid mentioning anything. Until you are of legal age, you go by the house rules set by your parents. If you do decide to say anything, you will need to take the time to explain your beliefs. If you're not comfortable doing that, you shouldn't say anything.
~Any good websites (links) about wicca
The one I gave above has some good links in its linklist. Start with some of those!
~Websites that i can find info on the godesses and the gods
