On all the faqs I've read, and after all the gameplay I've done, I don't think you can get her to come out.

I'm guessing you mean after that scene in which she asks you to make the valley beautiful again... I have no idea what you're suppose to do after that. As far as I can tell, that's the last time you hear from her sweatdrop
